The day I unwillingly go jumping off cliffs

Warm...so warm. Slowly the world comes back into view. I try to sit up and suddenly pain shoots through me like a bullet and I lay back down wincing softly. I'm laying in an unfamiliar bed, my body felt stiff. I hear a door somewhere to my right open, I look over and-
My eyes widen in shock of who I'm seeing. I haven't seen him since I was 5.... I thought he moved. "H-how?" "Hello, Alice...it's been awhile hasn't it" he says in a soft voice. "I thought you left" he just stares at me for a moment. He's mixed but he has dark brown hair and these crystal blue eyes that seen to always see through you. He's currently wearing a suit with the jacket tied around his waist and his button up shirt halfway untucked. "I came back recently for college" he says sitting down at the end of the bed. "Oh your 18 now aren't you I forgot you were 2 years older than me, Jesse" "yeah" he mutters leaning over looking at me then he says, "you used a lot of energy" I'm confused for a second then it clicked, "your the one who grabbed me at the park" he winces at the sudden spike in my voice then says, "yes...that was me you're really strong you know that" "what do you mean?" "I hit the tree really hard...your definitely one of her children." "What?!" I say. "You would have to be strongest one I've met of hers and you don't even know how to use your abilities properly...though you're the 1st child she's had in a very very long time..." he rambles on completely ignoring me until I yell, "WHAT DO YOU MEAN?! WHAT ABILITIES?!!" He flinches from the sudden yelling. "Wait you really don't know what you are?" "No what am I?" I say exasperated by all his rambling. "No I can't say if you don't already know then she wants you to find out yourself" "who is she" he looked at me like I was the crazy one, "the goddess" he says in a matter-of-factly manner.
Suddenly we hear a loud bang outside Jesse's eyes widen "get up" he orders "huh?" I say, "get up" he says more urgently I get up grimacing in pain. He passes me my bag. I quickly take it opening it to make sure I still have everything. "I got rid of your phone so they can't track you" "who?!" I ask suddenly getting nervous. "We don't have much time I'll tell you on the way" he walks out the door I follow close behind. "They are anywhere and everywhere they've corrupted the government don't trust them they'll try tracking you through any and all technology" "if that's what they do why didn't they do this before?" He's quiet for a second then says, "your 16 now your of age to claim your birth right" "My birth right?" He suddenly opens a door through it had to be at least a 15,000 foot drop into water down below. "What's that?" I say eyes widening in fear he knows I'm afraid of heights why would he take me here. "Your gonna have to jump" "what I say" as I begin to hyperventilate. "You're ok, but you have to jump or you'll die" "no I'll die if I jump" "no you won't" "yes I will" "no" "yes" he sighs in exasperation then pushes my out the door and off the cliff. I scream.
