My Guy Adrien x Marinette

Part 8

Marinette's PoV

I walked into class and saw Adrien and Nino talking. Adrien looked up at me and smiled. I waved smiling. He waved back while starting to turn a little red. He is so cute. I sat down next to Alya. "Ok. I've decided. I want to try things out with Adrien." I said smiling. "Really?" Alya asked smiling big. "Yeah" I said smiling. "I'm going to talk to him after class, get to know him better and see where it goes" I said blushing. She quietly happy danced and got out her phone and started typing. "Who are you talking to?" I asked her trying to look. "Oh, no one" Alya said smiling. I could tell that she was trying to hide it. "Ok." i said sarcastically. I wonder who she would text right after i said that i decided that i am going to be choosing Adrien over Luka. I then look at Nino take out his phone, and start typing. I looked closely and saw that Nino is the one who Alya texted to about my decision. I smirked. I knew something was going on between them. I bet of anything they are working together. After class ended i walked up to Adrien to tap him on the shoulder. Then i see him talking to some red-brown haired girl. Who is that? I've never seen her before. Maybe she is new? I sighed and backed off. He seemed like he was having a good time. I walked up to Alya and Nino talking. I so knew it. They both were smiling as i approached them. "How did it go? Did you ask him if" Alya stopped when she saw my face. "What happened Marinette?" She asked me, her smile fading. "I saw him talking to another girl. I didn't get a chance to get his attention, and i did not want to interrupt." I said sadly. "Who was it?" Nino asked me while looking inside the building. "I don't know." I said sitting down. I look in my tiny bag and see Tikki looking up at me with concerned eyes. "I'll go see him." Nino said walking inside. "It's going to be okay Marinette." Alya said pulling me into a hug. I hugged her back and felt my heart start to break. Maybe he's over me. "He may be over me Alya. I took too long." I said wiping my face. "Don't jump to conclusions so quickly, maybe the girl he was talking to was in one of his other classes. They may have a project together or something." Alya said pulling away from the hug to look in my eyes. "I don't know. They seemed to be having a different type of conversation" I said dryly.

Nino's PoV

"I'll go see him." I said leaving Alya and Marinette to talk. I wonder what girl Marienette was talking about. I then see who it is and stare in shock. I could recognize that hair color and hair style from anywhere. Her name is Lila. She doesn't live around here. Maybe she moved? She is a huge liar and lies all the time to get whatever she wants and Adrien has no idea of what she is capable of. I walk up to them and put my hands on Adrien's shoulders. "Hey i want to talk to you" I said steering us away from her death glare. "Bye Lila" Adrien said walking away. Her death glare faded for a second to say, "Bye Adrien". Once she looked back at me her death glare was back. "Dude." I stopped us. "You shouldn't be talking to her. That girl is bad news." I said worried, looking at her talk to Chloe and Sabrina. "Well i'm trying to get over Marinette being with that other guy so i'm trying to find someone too" Adrien said crossing his arms. "Okay, i get that. But if you are trying to find someone, just don't choose her." I said shortly. "But anyways, if you weren't talking to Lila, then Marinette would have told you about how she feels about you." I said smirking. Adrien's smile grew huge. "Really?" He asked me. "Really, really" i said smiling at his reaction. "Where is she?" He asked looking around. "Well, i don't know 100%, but her and Alya were sitting outside talking." I said walking us towards the door. "Okay" He said while we stepped closer to the door. "Wait, so was she going to tell me that she has feelings for me? Or was it something else?" He asked me stopping. "You are absolutely correct dude" I said smiling. "I had no idea." He said quietly. "I thought she didn't see me in that way." He said confused. "Well, she was just confused and was exploring a little bit in case you didn't like her back, and that is why she started talking to Luka again. She isn't anymore, but that is why." I said shortly. "But see? I knew things would get better between you guys." I said smiling at him. He smiled back "Thanks Nino" He said starting to walk again. The door was opened a little bit and we could see Marinette and Alya talking. "Go get her Romeo" I said pushing him out of the doorway.

Marinette's PoV

"You will be fine Marinette" Alya said rubbing my back. Adrien then came flying outside. It looked like he was being pushed. Then Nino stepped out behind him. "Hey dudes- i mean girls" Nino said correcting himself. "Hey Adrien can i talk to you?" I asked him stepping to the side. "Yeah of course" He said smiling as he followed me. "I'm guessing Nino told you about me trying to talk to you before, but that didn't happen. But what i wanted to tell you was that. I wou-" I stopped mid-sentence to see the clouds start to move weird and there was lightning all of a sudden. Another akumatized victim! "Um" Adrien and i said at the same time. "I have to go" we both said at the same time again. We both looked at each other confused. "Bye guys" I said to them running into the locker room. That was weird. Why was he so anxious to leave just like i was? I shook off the thought as i opened my little big that Tikki was. "Okay Tikki, its time." "Tikki spots on!" I quietly said transforming.

Adrien's PoV

I quickly get into the storage closet to transform. "Plagg, claws out" I said quietly. Shoot. Maybe this wasn't the best place to transform. There is only one door and someone could have seen me get in here in the first place. I sighed. "Plagg claws in" I said quietly de-transforming. "Adrien, you have GOT to figure out better transformation places." Plagg said crossing his arms. "I know, i know. Ill go into the boys locker room or something and i'll transform if no one is in there." I said opening the door.
