Fated Meeting

When the boy was born, the entire world was shocked that he looked exactly like Funny Valentine in the only picture of him,(this is JoJo theres a literal cyborg in the 1890s so why not add cameras?)so the world has high expectations of his look alike and indeed they were right.

During his childhood years, He was very smart, He didn't care for anything other than achieving things for his goals and his country's goals too, so he quickly became a favourite student or rather a model student, He would teach other people and one might ask why, and the reasoning was "For America", the reasoning  was very popular to the point were people wanted him to be the president.

In the library, He was fairly interested in these special abilities that popped up in the 50s known as "Quirks", and when he found out that Japan was the first one to build a hero agency, He thought
"What if we also build a hero agency with the help of Japan of course and if they say why would we make one the answer is simple, For the People but in reality it's for him" so when he reccomend the idea to his school, the School liked the idea and of course asked the US Government for approval (I dunno how it works)and they said yes.

In Japan they got a surprising  message from a government to collaborate with them to make a school known as UA Academy, so they accept it after all, No#1 asking them for help to build a hero school? Of course anyone would help! Except for the rivals of America so the construction of UA began

Due to advancements in tech the building is done and all they need are teachers, so the government hired teachers some of them are graduates of one of the Schools built in Japan, one of them was Nezu due to his intellect and wiseness, he became the principal of the School.

While I was walking in the streets, I noticed his corpse somewhere  in the sidewalk, I was about to grab it until  someone kidnapped  me (he had no stand in this until the corpse).

(Kidnappers pov)
While I was  looking for potential  victims I noticed one of the famous child prodigies and also apart of the Valentine family hehehehehehe it would be good to kidnap him and negotiate with the government  in exchange for him, So I quickly grabbed him and went to the car.

(No one pov)
Nobody saw the Kidnapper kidnap one of the Valentine family, so he quickly escaped, until he crashed and the police found out about it, they quickly captured the kidnapper and was interrogated, the child was saved and not hurt except for the kidnapper

So the police questioned him
The kidnapper said: "I-I dunno man! The car suddenly broke down and I lost control of the car like some kind of mystical forces was behind it!!" Then the police officer said "you sure?" The police officer  said with doubt, but the kidnapper said yes with no lying intent, so the police officer just sighed and wrote that the cause of the car crash was malfunctioning, but during the car crash Valentine unlocked his stand thanks to the  corpse and used his stand to destroy the engine or something complex that the writer couldn't understand, and thanks to this fateful encounter that the world interest with the child rose they asked the exact same question "How is he alive?"

5 years later 

UA became a famous in Japan with foreigners coming  all over the world to enroll (students) so in a certain high school there was a curly haired green boy watching the new hero, Kamui Woods attempting to catch a criminal who used his quirk to capture buildings
Midoriya was writing all sorts of information due to his observations on the hero on this fight, whilst he was about to show his special move everyone heard a girly voice that said "Canyon Kick!" (Is that what  it is called?) Midoriya Saw this and instantly wrote what he saw then the fight ended and Midoriya goes to his school.

???: "all right kids since you're  all about to graduate middle school  or whatever we're  going  to fill up these forms" the teacher said "but" said teacher throws all of the forums in the air "y'all  are going to be heroes anyway!!!!" The teacher shouted which made everybody raise their hands and show off their quirks
Until one blonde ashen boy stomped on his table and shouted "oi teach! Don't lump me in with these freaks after all I'm going to UA and I'm gonna pass it" the blonde boy side with Pride, which shocked the class!,then the teacher said "oh yeah Midoriyas gonna sign up in UA too" this made everyone laugh and everyone laugh including  this Blomde boy "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, Deku you think you're  gonna pass!? Delu you're literally lower than those people with crappy quirks! Besides only quirkful can go in!" Blondeboy said
Then Midoriya said in utter nervousness "T-they removed that r-rule, y-y'know I could be the first one w-without a Quirk!!" The classes laugh, just before the situation becomes worse the bell rang which made everybody got out, and when everybody got out
The Blondeboy approached the green boi and said "Oi deku"
