Forgotten (Niall Horan fanfiction)

Chapter 1

Samantha's p.o.v

7 am.

I wake up to my alarm going crazy. I close it and rub my eyes. I realised that is was a Friday today. Oh did I mention that I dropped out of college? Yeah, I wasn't getting payed enough to pay for it. Since I basically don't have a family to help me anymore...

"Time for another depressing day" I think to myself.

I jump out of bed and get in the shower. I don't know why, but when I'm in the shower I'm always best at thinking. I think about what my life has come to. I think about if my parents are in heaven watching over me. I think about if Niall still cares for me, or even remembers me.

I miss him so much. Ugh, stupid niall. So much for keeping your promises you bastard.

I get out of the shower and wrap a towel around me.

"What should I wear?" I ask myself.

After 5 minutes of looking through my closet, I finally pick out and appropriate outfit for work. You wanna know where I work? Nandos. That place always reminds me of him. When ever he came to nandos, I would always take him to the back and give him a free meal, of course, without my boss knowing.

I pick out a pair of skinny jeans, a black Rolling Stones shirt and a black pair of converse. I start to put my make up on. I decide to go simple, mascara, powder, light coloured lipstick and blush. Then I start on my hair, I tie my hair into a pony tail. I'm not really fussy when it comes to hair. Once I'm done,I check the time, which is 8 am. Shit I'm gonna be late. I grab my bag with my phone, sun glasses, mints, money and the girly stuff...if you know what I mean, just In case. I grab my car keys and head out.

20 minutes later, I arrive at nandos. I rush out of my car and go in. I hope my boss didn't notice I was late.

"Samantha, your 10 minutes late!" Yup, he noticed

"It's just 10 Minutes Eddy calm down!" I say as I glare at him

"What ever, just get to work" he orders, and I do so.

It's now 2 pm and we weren't that busy. Good, finally I can rest. Just as I was about to sit down, I heard the door open. I look up to see who it is.

No way!!! I have a huge grin on my face and run over to the girls.

"Sammy!!" They all yell.

"I've missed you girls!" I say giving them a tight hug. Oh I forgot to introduce, well These girls are my best friends from college. We kinda lost in touch when I dropped out. There names are kaira, Chelsea and Emily.

"We missed you to!" Emily says with a huge grin on her face. We let each other go from the hug.

"What are you guys doing here?" I asked completely shocked.

"We missed you and this is the place we thought you would be" Kaira says.

"So happy to see you girls here" I say to them. I lead them to a table that was empty and they sit down.

"I still can't believe you guys are here. I'm sorry we lost in touch." I say looking down.

"It's fine" Chelsea says to me.

"I have a question." Emily says to me. I look up at her and say "sure what is it?"

"Why haven't you been answering our calls?" Emily asks curiously.

"Oh, weird story. i dropped my phone down into the toilet so I bought a new one and forgot to add your numbers in" I say. They all start to giggle at me.

"Your so clumsy Sammy" Chelsea says with the other girls agreeing. I manage to crack a smile, even though I lied to them. The truth is, I was so pissed that day because I hated life, and threw my phone across the room...

The girls and I talked for a while and also exchanged numbers. The girls needed to leave so I hug them and say goodbye. Now, I can sit down and relax, I say to myself as I sit on the sofa that is in the corner of the room.

"Samantha! What do you think your doing! Get back to work now!" Eddy yells at me. I honestly hate him, he's nice to all the workers accept me.

"There aren't any customers Eddy" I say back calmly.

"How dare you talk back! Your a piece of shit!" He yells

"Says the one who smells like shit!" I scream at him.

"That it! Your fired! Get out of my resturant!" He says pointing at the door. My heart shattered into a million pieces, how am I supposed to pay for food, water and bills now?

"I was just gonna quit anyway!" I lie as I grab my bag and storm out of nandos.

I'm so fucked...
