Chapter 13

Samantha's p.o.v

Monday 2nd of August
8 am

I wake up to the sound of my phone ringing.
"Hey niall" I answer.
"Mornin Sammy, you awake yet?" He asks me.
"No shit Sherlock" I say as I roll my eyes.
"Hey don't use that language at me young lady! Otherwise I will put you in the naughty corner!" He says through the phone. I giggle at what he said.
"Okay mother" I say.
"Now seriously get dressed and meet me at my place." He says. Okay, I reply and end the call.

Oh right, Today Niall is going to help me find a job. Yay...I fall out of bed and go to the bathroom, and yes I literally fall out of bed. I mean, who doesn't? I have a quick shower and choose what I'm going to be wearing. After approximately ten minutes of staring at my closet I finally choose a white top, jean shorts, stockings a cardigan and my cheater print purse. To finish of my look I wear a pair of black boots and a gold chained necklace. After I've done that, I start on my makeup, I use some foundation, powder, concealer, mascara, eyeliner and some warm coloured lipstick. Then I start on my hair. I decide to straighten it and leave it out. (Outfit on the side)
Once I've done that I go to the kitchen and have a quick breakfast. I finally finish and walk to Nialls flat.

I knock on the door and Maura answers.
"Hi Samantha, come in." She says. I walk in and thank her.
"Niall hurry up! Samantha is here!" Maura yells.
"I'm coming, and dad is still sleeping so keep it down." He says.
"Well he is late for work, someone had to wake him up" she says. Niall gives her a peck on the cheek and I give her a wave goodbye.
We walk to Nialls car and he starts a conversation.

"So, how ya doin'?" He asks me.
"Yeah fine I guess" I say.
"What kind of job are you lookin for" he questions.
I sigh "I don't know niall..." He grabs my hand and starts rubbing it with his thumb.
The sparks and butterfly's where all I could feel
"Well fine you one Sammy, don't worry" he reassures me.
"What are you favourite things, or hobbies." He asks me.
"Umm, I like having fun, I like drawing...oh and I love kids and I-"
"That's it! A day care, you can work at a day care!" He yells, he starts the car and drives off.
"Are you sure niall?" I ask him.
"Of course! You love having fun and you love kids! I mean, what could go wrong?" He asks. I smile.

"What every you say my little leprechaun" I say as I rub his hair.
"Nooooo! You ruined my hair! And I'm not little anymore..." He says. I laugh at him.
"Says the one who still gets confused saying LMNO in the alphabet! You say ELMO instead!" I say as I clutch my stomach from laughter.
"Whatever" he says.

After 20 minutes of driving, Niall finally stops at a day care.
I get out of the car and walk in with Niall following behind me.
A very pretty girl about my age is at the counter.
"Hello my name is Ryley, how may I help you?" She asks with a bright smile. Oh good, she's actually a person that gives a crap about people. Not like Eddy....
"Hi my name is Samantha Collins, I'm looking for a job here. Would you be able to help me out?" I ask her.
"Of course" she gives me a piece of paper and a pen.
"Just fill out your details here" she says. I start to do so.

"Oh I didn't notice you there," Ryley says referring to Niall.
"Oh my name is, uhh, it's jake" he says, they shake hands and he gives her a warm smile. Ryley giggles.
"Your lying to me " she says.
"N-no I'm not" he says nervously.
"Don't worry, your secret is safe with me" she whispers. Niall let's out a big sigh. I think I'm going to get along with Ryley really well, she seems nice, happy and she's not one of those chicks who see a hot or famous guy and instantly flirt with them.
"Thanks" he says. I finish filling in my papers and I give them to ryley.

"Okay, you will be working on Mondays and Tuesdays" she says.
"That's it?" I ask obviously shocked. I thought that I had to work every single day. Thank god I don't.
"Yup, and you'll be payed 50 dollars an hour, so basically 300 dollars a day" she says. Eh, better paying then my other job.
"Okay" I say
"let me show you around, so your formilier with your surroundings." She says giving me a smile. I return one and follow her.
"Niall, are ya coming?" We both say at the same time.
"Jinks!" We yell together, we start to laugh and Niall comes over.
"See Sammy, you already made a friend" he says smiling at me.
"Yup, I guess I did." I smile.

After five minutes of a tour around the day care, Ryley takes me to one last place.
"This is your room that you will be working in" she says as she opens the door.
I see about 8 children running around, smiling and having fun.
"Awww they are so cuteeee!" I say. I see two workers playing with the children. One was a tall boy with brown hair and blue eyes. And another was a girl with brownish blondish hair, and greenish eyes....wait...Emily?!?

"Emily? Is that you?" I ask.
"Wait you know each other?" Ryley asks.
"Yeah" I answer.
"OMG Samantha! Long time no see!" She yells giving me a hug.
I giggle.
"It's only been two days emily..." I say.
She let's go of me and smiles
"Whatever, what are ya doing here?" She asks.
"Well, I was looking for a job and I ended up here" I say.
"Wait, OMG we are working together!" She yells.
I hear someone clear there throat behind Emily.

"Oh, this is my friend max, A.K.A ryleys boyfriend." Emily says, I see max holding Ryley by the waist...awe they look cute together.
"Hi" I say.
"Hey" he says, we shake hands and then I introduce niall.
"This is my childhood friend niall" I say.
"I know, you always talk about him. I like your band by the way" she says to him. I start to blush...thanks Emily.

"Thanks" he says.
"Hi mate" max says.
"Hey bro" niall says to him.
"Now that everyone is introduced...Samantha, you can stay here for a while If you want. And tomorrow is the actual day you start" Ryley says.
"Sure thing" I say. I look at all the children running around and playing.
"Niall, would you like to go and get a coffee? Get to know each other more?" Max asks niall.
"Yeah sure" niall says.
"I think they are going to get along well aren't they?" I ask Ryley
"Yup, get along just fine" she says as she gives me a bright smile.

Hai people! I hope your enjoying my story so far. Oh and by the way, I actually did fall out of my bed this morning! :D I'm so clumsy....anyway
