Forgotten (Niall Horan fanfiction)

Chapter 4

Samantha's p.o.v
"Samantha...." Someone says. I try to open my eyes, but I'm to weak and I fail.
"Samantha....wake up, please" I hear the person say again. I try to open my eyes again.
Once I do, I look around to see white walls, a white bed and I find myself in a white hospital gown, gosh I hate hospitals. Then I see someone beside me....it was him.
"Samantha! Your awake!" Niall says.
"N-niall? Wh-what h-happened" I say obviously confused.
"No Sammy, you tell me what happened" niall says. I look over to my arm to see it was bandaged...and then remember.
"I C-cut" I say covering my face with my hands, ashamed of myself.
"But why Sammy? Why would you do such a thing?" He says lifting my chin up to look at him. What kind of a question is that? He should know why...
"Oh I don't know niall, just because I wanted to" I say with sarcasm In my voice.
"Is it because I left you?" Niall asks
"Don't say it like it wasn't a big deal niall, yes you left me, you left me for four years a week after my parents died!" I say as my voice gets louder.
"Sammy, you don't know how sorry I am, if only I could turn back time I wou-" he says as I cut him off
"Four years niall...don't you know how hurt I was? You where the only one I had left.
Haven't you even considered to call me niall? Like you promised you would?" I say as the tears stream down my face.
"Sammy, I was just so busy that I didn't have the time. Please I would do anything to make it up to you" he says as he holds my hand. A single tear rolls down his cheek, I brush my thumb across his cheek to wipe away his tear.
"I don't know niall I-" I say as he cuts me off.
"Please Samantha, I won't leave you alone again I swear." He says with hope in his eyes.
"Promise?" I ask
"Promise" he says with a smile creeping across his face.
"Hey I have an idea" I say.
"What is it" he asks with curiosity filling his eyes.
"Can promise be our always? Ya know, from the fault in our stars?" I ask, I absolutely love that book, and the movie of course.
"Of course" he says.
"Samantha Collins, your awake" someone says as they enter my hospital room, followed by Nialls mother, Maura.
"Uhh, hi mister. And hi Maura." I say unsure of what to call the man.
"Samantha I'm so happy your okay" Maura says rushing over to my side.
"I'm Dr. Phillis, but you may call me Andy." He says
"Okay" I simply reply
"So samantha, you are free to go home today. You will be able to take your bandage off next week, until then, your cuts will slowly heal." He says giving me a warm smile
"Thank you Andy" I say as he leaves the room.
"Let's get you home" niall says, helping me off the hospital bed.
"I'll go and start the car," Maura says. She has always been like a mother to me, ever since my parents died, she has always been there, but when Niall left, I was so sad I didn't even talk to her.
"Here, go and change into your normal clothes, then we can get going" Niall says passing me my clothes.
"Thanks" I say. I change into my normal clothes and me and Niall go down to the car park.

Maura starts the car and drives off. I look out the window, looking at the scenery...but I could feel a pair of eyes glaring at me. I turn around to see Niall staring at me.
I giggle.
"What are you looking at?" I ask.
"You.......I've missed you so much Sammy" he says as he kissed my forehead.
...Was it just me or did I feel a small spark when he did that? ...
