Wishful Love

Chapter 11

Queen Bee zoomed down to the park with her role model, Ladybug, close behind.

Cat Noir was fighting off ShowTime, the acumatzied victim. He still needed a hand though. "I'll go help Cat Noir, you go make sure all the civilians are safe." Ladybug ordered. Queen Bee nodded very quickly. She couldn't have agreed more.

Down back close to the lake, Queen Bee eyed the surrounding area up and down. No one could be seen, but she still had a shakey feeling to her.

Queen Bee looking back up to the battle scene, where she saw, to her horror, Luka still hid under a park bench. With all her strength, she ran as fast as she dared to Luka. ShowTime now had her eyes peeled on him, and she didn't look away. Ladybug and Cat Noir were knocked down, so it was up to Queen Bee at the moment.

"Oh, is this a new pet for my circus?" ShowTime said sneakily. She held a baton in her hand, which she aimed at Luka. Before she could do anything, Chloe knocked it out of her hands with her striped top.

"Not on my watch." Queen Bee said fiercely. Luka gave her a very greatful smile. ShowTime, however, looked like she was about to blow with rage. Queen Bee saw Ladybug and Cat Noir coming towards her, so she knew she wasn't alone.

"We'll get back to this later." Queen Bee said. In a flash, she grabbed Luka and flung her top of into the evening light.

"That was a close one. I thought you were going to make a run for it Too." Queen Bee said to Luka in a concerning manner.

"I was, but then I hesitated. I'm just glad your okay now." Luka looked deep into Chloe's sea blue eyes. She hated how he did it.

"Uh, whatever. I've got to help Ladybug save the day. Paris needs me." Queen Bee said as she forced the nervousness out of her voice. Luka looked up at her, and without warning, embraced her.

Queen Bee felt, well, warm. She didn't want to let Luka go, but she didn't do anything at all either. She just stood there, feeling glad Luka was in her life now.

"Be careful." Luka said as he let go of her. Queen Bee stood there, speechless, until she remembered her duty.

"I've got to go." She then zoomed off, feeling quite lost in words.

Queen Bee landed at the park, right next to Ladybug and Cat Noir. The whole place was in chaos, as exotic circus animals trampled around.

"Need a hand?" Queen Bee added in. ShowTime was now very angry, as she panted with every breath. She suddenly shot forwards, aiming for Ladybug's miraculous. She quickly dogged to the side, the said the magic words.

"Lucky Charm!" in Ladybug's hands there was a black and red blindfold.  She stared at it blankly.

"Any clue what to do with that M'Lady?" Cat Noir asked her. Ladybug just stared at her surroundings, trying to find the answer.
ShowTime, however, was making her move. She threw her baton into a tree, just as it turned into a giant gorilla. "Attack them!" ShowTime yelled. Cat Noir and Queen Bee quickly defended themselves and Ladybug as she tried to figure out what to do. Her eyes lit up as she figured out the answer.

Ladybug glanced at every angle, then she jumped forwards and tied the blindfold around ShowTime's face.

ShowTime knawed and angrily tried to remove it from her vision, but Ladybug had tied it tightly. When ShowTime started aiming her baton at anything she could get, Ladybug knew it was time to take action.

"Queen Bee, now!" she said. Queen Bee glanced over to Ladybug before saying the words.

"Venom!" She yelled. Queen Bee stung ShowTime right in the chest, as she stood frozen. Ladybug grabbed her baton then threw it to Cat Noir.

"You ready kitty?"

"Cataclysm!" Cat Noir said as the baton crumbled into pieces.

It was just a few seconds later when Ladybug was fixing everything up, and the world went back to normal. When everyone's Miraculous started to flash, Queen Bee handed her miraculous over.

"Thank you, Chloe." Ladybug said thankfully.

"We couldn't have done it without you." Cat Noir added in.

"Well of course. Paris couldn't strive without a super heroine like me." Chloe said, complimenting herself. Ladybug and cat only rolled their eyes, before leaving themselves.

Chloe gave a mighty sigh. Why couldn't she just wear a mask and be someone else?
