"Next!" the clerk called. A tired Morgan and Elijah walked up to the desk, as they were next in line. "Names?" she asked in a stern tone.

"Morgan and Elijah Bellamy, here to see Andrew Bellamy," Morgan spoke up in routine fashion. They presented their identification to the woman, and then were escorted by a young black officer, who couldn't keep his eyes off of Morgan's behind, to the all too familiar waiting room.

"You excited, Boog?" Morgan asked once they got settled and the officer left to fetch Andrew. The entire reason they were there today, outside of their visit for the month, was that Elijah was leaving for college the next day. He wanted to come before he left.

"Yeah, I'm nervous though. It's gonna be my first time all by myself," he said honestly. His whole life he had Morgan. As well as her group of friends and his own group of friends for support. Now, it was only him and Jamari, entering adulthood without their families. His anxiety had begun to bother him, but he knew it would happen someday.

"Well don't forget, I'm only an hour away, and I'll always answer my phone for you. But, I have faith in you, stink, you got this. You're going away to do what you love! You was built for it, you're gonna be good. Plus, once football season starts, you won't be able to get rid of my ass, boy," she said, encouraging her brother. She knew it would be a bit difficult for him to transition from home life to that of a life on campus, where she wasn't available to him at anytime, but she had the utmost faith and belief in her younger brother.

"Yeah I hope so, and stop calling me that, Morgan." He emphasized, shaking his head. "I'm a grown ass man," he continued, making Morgan pinch his arm.

She wasn't at all used to him cursing, she was so conditioned to pop him every time he did it. He bursted into laughter at her small pinch, and she did it again, just for emphasis.

Just as they were about to begin talking about something else, they heard a door open, and both of their heads shot in the direction of the sound, seeing their father walking in instantly brightening both of their moods and bringing smiles to their faces.

"Hey pops!" Elijah popped up first, giving his father a big hug, happy to see him looking so healthy. He was always excited to see his dad, ever since Morgan began bringing him around the prison around the age of 10, he looked forward to sneaking out on a Friday to go up to the facility to catch his dad up on everything he'd been doing.

"Wassup my boy?" he drawled, his Texan accent seemingly thicker since the last time they saw each other. "You lookin' healthy boy, whatchu been eatin'?" he questioned, looking his son over. It was true, Elijah had been gaining muscle these past few months, he was previously sticks and bones.

"Ahem! Hi daddy, your pride and joy is also here," Morgan announced, holding her arms out for a hug. Both men chuckled at Morgan, and her father enveloped her in a tight hug, rubbing her back soothingly, as if he felt something was wrong with his daughter.
