Birthday Blush {part 1}

So I asked you guys and you wanted more of this story so here it is. Hope you enjoy!

*SLAM*

A large sound triggered the sleeping blonde to jump up from her bed. The teen girl could hear muffled voices outside her door.

She climbed out the duvet until her petite feet hit the floor. Violet rubbed her eyes and yawned as she slowly reached for the door handle. A creaking sound was made when the bedroom door was opened and revealed her tall, beaming girlfriend.

"Morning baby!" Minerva sang as she swept the confused blonde up.

"Min, what was that noise?" The blonde girl whined as she tried to sneak a peek out the doorway while being pushed back into the room.

"What noise?" The gingers voice rose in pitch as she placed her partner down to stand on her own.

The blonde girl gave a frustrated look at her girlfriend. Minerva diverted her eyes, she knew that Violet knew her tell.

"Minnie." The blonde raised her eye brows.

The red head flopped her body into a sulk and groaned.

"Remind me to never try surprise you again." Minnie sighed.

The blondes eyes drained as she heard her girlfriend speak.

"Surprise? Minnie you know I don't like surprises." Violet cried.

"I know, I know. But Lou-"

"Min! You let Lou tell you what I wanted." Violet whined.

"Bad idea?" The red head sighed.

"Very bad idea." Violet added.

The blonde lowered her voice and grabbed her loves hips. "I wanted some time with you."

"Vi, you know I want to but we do have a group of people down stairs." The tall teen giggled.

"Urgh fine. But you owe me." The blonde grinned.

Minerva bent down planted a kiss on her girlfriends plump lips.

"Happy birthday." She whispered as a smile started to appear on her lips.

Minnie grabbed her girlfriends hand and started to lead her out the door. They both made their way down the stairs to find a small portion of their group of friends standing and smiling.

A certain dread head stood, shaking and looking like he was gonna explode with excitement.

"Bathrooms down the hall Lou." The snarky Blonde laughed when she saw him.

"Ha ha. Happy birthday Vi." The dread head shook his head, letting his dreads fly about freely.

Next to him stood a calm dark skinned girl.

"Happy birthday Violet." Clementine smiled and smothered the blonde in a hug. Before passing her a gift from her and Louis.

"Thanks Clem." The blonde smiled.

{time jump}

After everyone's "awkward" hugs and presents, the teens decided it was time to get out.

Violet went upstairs to get dressed and left the rest of the guests to get ready to leave for bowling.

"Lou, could you come here for a sec?" The curly haired teen called out.

"What's up sugar?" The dread head perked up.

The brunette shook her curly head.

"You need to work on these nicknames." She sighed.

"How about... sweetie pie?" The boy sang and gave the unamused girl jazz hands.

"Lou."

"Okay, I'll get better at it. But I did get a little smile out of you so that's my job done for today." The dread head smirked, jolting his finger to point at the smiling girl.

The petite girl let out a small giggle and rolled her eyes.

"Any way, I wanted you to come with me to pick up a gift for my aunty. It's her birthday soon and I need a lift to the mall." The brunette explains.

"Escort Louis to your service." The tall boy bows and smiles at the giggling girl in front of him.

"Thanks Lou."

"Right! Everyone ready?" Minerva calls out to the room.

There were a few nods so Minnie just shrugged and went out the door, holding her girlfriends hand as they walked.

Violet and Minnie took Minnie's car, Louis, Aasim, Ruby, Clem and Mitch took Louis' car. They were meeting Brody and Marlon there and everyone else couldn't make it.

As a sorry Omar made a cake for Violet so she was cool with it.
