King was out on a date with Diane, but things didn't seem right for him. Ever since his sister came back to life he'd been acting differently around her and Ban, he couldn't tell what's wrong and he kept spacing out.

"King?" Diane asked shaking him lightly.

"Oh sorry, I zoned out again." He chuckled scratching the back off his head.

"Are you okay? You seem to be zoning out a lot lately, what's on your mind?" The giant asked leaning closer to King, he blushed a bit and back away. This is when he first started realizing something was off. He didn't want to lean forward instead he went backwards as if to avoid his girlfriend. He held his hand out and went to reach for Diane but he just couldn't.

"I-I'm sorry I got to go." He said shamefully, putting the money down on the table then floating away. At least he paid.

The fairy ignored Diane calling him and flew faster into the forest and stopped when he heard a familiar voice, but then he heard Diane so he continued to fly away.

"Was that... My brother?" Elaine asked confused.

"Smells like it." Ban shrugged.

"King! Come back here!" Diane yelled chasing after him, Ban looked at her confused.

"What's happening?" He asked Diane.

"I don't know, he just flew off." Diane sighed, tears fulling her eyes. "Did I do something wrong?" She asked herself.

"Calm down, he's been acting weird a lot lately and I have no idea what's happening." Ban said patting the giants back.

"Can you try to figure it out?" Elaine asked.

"I'll get you near him so you can read his mind then I'll decide if I'll talk to him for not." Ban said looking around the forest.

"Right, let's go." The fairy smiled.

The three left to find King. They followed Ban of course he's like a damn dog when it comes to tracking people. They kept quite as they slowly got near where King was, he was... Crying?

"Now." Ban whispered, Elaine nodded her head and read her brother's thoughts.

"This isn't right! I love Daine nobody else." His mind screamed. "But why do I feel so jealous? This isn't fair I've loved her for so many years. Why is it changing now?"

King put on the helmet that Helbrem gave to him and looked beside him to see he was sitting their patting his back.

"What do I do?" King asked wiping his eyes.

"How about you keep it going for a few more days, if that doesn't change anything you gotta break up with her. Your jealousy is rather clear to see." His best friend sighed. "Who are you jealous over anyway?"

"It doesn't matter who, I just don't see no need to be jealous." King sniffed. "They're my best friends, and everything is changing now of all times? This can't be right I've loved Daine for so long... Maybe she doesn't remember how long."

"Is he talking to himself?" Ban asked.

"No, Helbrem, his best friend, his spirit lives on in that helmet." Elaine smiled softly.

"I'm confused what did you get off his thoughts?" Ban asked.

"Maybe it's better if you didn't know."

"King I advise you to keep moving if you wish to be alone." Helbrem smiled.

"What? Why?" He asked confused.

"Three people have followed you, one of them is the one your sister told you to take care off and one is your sister." He soad pointing to the direction the three where standing, King looked over and seen nobody, but he trusted his best friend.

"Fine, let's go." He sighed taking the helmet off his head and sighing. "Why can't I be alone?" King asked facing where Helbrem has recently been pointing.

"Because you have people who are worried about you." Ban said walking towards the fairy.

"Just leave me alone."

"Not happening." Ban smirked forcing King into a hug, the fairy blushed and tried to get out off the undead man's grip.

"Let go off me!" King yelled. 'He's wayyy to close.' Ban didn't let go, he just continued to smirk. "Damn it Ban." King growled giving up.

"So tell me what's wrong."

"This doesn't concern you."

"Just tell me already."

"Things have changed... And I don't like it." King started. "I love Daine, or so I thought. I just don't feel the same anymore, the 'spark' as people call it just isn't there. Worst off all I made a promise to her saying I'd always love her..." King sniffed hiding his face in Ban's chest.

"Shh, don't worry things change..." Ban said rubbing circles onto the smaller ones back. "For the worst or the best, just stay strong, got it?" Ban smiled.

"Y-yeah... Thanks." King mumbled hugging Ban back. They stayed like that for awhile until King pushed away shyly. "Thank you very much." He smiled, Ban smiled back and ruffled up his hair. King parted ways with Ban with a massive smile. Ban couldn't help but smile widely seeing the fairy being so happy.

"You're a big softy!" The captain yelled jumping on top off Ban.

"Gah-" Ban said beign knocked to the ground by Meliodas. "Did you have to knock me down?" Ban asked getting up, Elaine and Diane walked over to the two sins.

"Yup! You have became so soft around King."

"What's that got to do with anything?"

"Nothing, you just got a thing for fairy's."

Hope you enjoyed.
