As lucky as I usually am, I could finally submitted my paper before lunch the next day. I worked through breakfast and on my way to school and all the way to my second period.

Since, I am lazy and wanted to do the bare minimum thing in school other than art, I scheduled my own time. In a lot of those precious times I had, I have enough time to avoid slash stalk on Nathan.

I know, he is pretty mysterious but that doesn't hide the fact that he is currently and secretly the hottest guy in school. I still can't get over the fact that we had a little moment like two days ago.

Today is particularly hotter than usual, i mean, the sun is setting out pretty strong since morning.

I wore my white tshirt and denim skirt. I don't usually wear something like this so I think it makes me a little exposed.

"You seem a little spaced out! Wanna grab some drinks?" Samantha came to me with a quirky smile on her face.

I was sitting on a deck chair set out on field, while waiting for Samantha and her group of friends practicing cheerleading out in the field. Today is trial day for boys football team so Nathan was there too. I wish and I kinda knew that he would make it to the team.

I was watching them the whole time while I was sitting, doodling something on my notebook.

"Sure. Are you guys done?" I asked as I shoved my notebook and pencil to my bag and followed her. Samantha is so tall and have a perfect body for cheers so when we walk together side by side, i look like a midget.

"Almost. My legs are killing me! I hate our coach so much. She made us do the triple fucking combo twice! Can you fucking believe that?" She yelled as we walked to the cafeteria.

I rolled my eyes but nod along, "She's one tough cookie. But, its all good for you. The State Championship is in like three months. You need this." I encourage her.

"You're right. I wish i could slack a few rep once in a while. If i was good at something less physical, we'd hangout at school like all day!" She smiled as I nod in an agreement. If she don't make it to cheers, she won't have credit for passing the mid-terms.

"What are you and Nathan Westbay, anyways? Some people saw you guys skipping classes yesterday." She looked at me and I can't lie to those big eyes.

"We just talk. We used to be like best buddies!" I whispered and she rolled her eyes,

"Best buddies who can butcher your ass at anytime is not someone you should be teaming up with. No matter how hot and handsome he really is, you should not be hanging out with him. You're reputations is going South as we speak. You don't need him to go on that trip!" She said making me squirm on the truth. But, there's something about him I don't have an energy to say no to.

We stood in front of the vending machine slide in our dollars to get the coconut water and Fiji before we head back to the field.

My eyes widen when I saw fight sound coming from the centre of the field while Coach was yelling and blowing his whistles, girls are screaming and running away. I look for his face and quickly realised that one of them was him who is behind all those crowds.

Samantha looked at me and breathe, "Westbay." and I dropped everything the second she said his last name and ran towards the crowds. I squeezed between the crowds and gasps in horror when I saw Westbay pinning the boy on the ground, throwing punches at the boy equally big as him.

"Nathan!" I spoke up. Out of surprise he look up, his eyes are nothing but dark and somewhat demonic. What did that boy do? Was the first thing that came to my mind.
