Raven *week before birthday*
I was excited as I stood at the bus stop with Echo and Atticus. Today we would be going from the school to a Greek mythology museum. I've never seen you so excited, about anything. I smirked as even though my grades were a little bit low in Greek mythology, it was still my favorite. I honestly can't even explain how excited I am. I exclaimed looking over at Echo she shook her head and Atticus smirked. I'm just glad we get a "get out of class free" card for this. The three of us had a lot in common. We all had minor ADHD and we all three were Dyslexic.
Skip We got to the museum and I was having a hard time paying attention to what was going on. Ravenna, can you answer the question? I frowned some and shifted uncomfortably as a woman was standing far off, dressed in a dark purple button up, a black blazer grey jeans, I couldn't see her face I made myself look over at Me. Bruner. I'm sorry sir, what was the question? He smiled some and nodded. What can you tell me about the banishment of Hades? Slight skip We went outside for lunch and I had to use the bathroom so I slipped inside to go pee, when I got in there however it was empty. I frowned but heard slight laughter. Come on Raven, don't investigate this is how people get killed. I saw a little girl. Look out at me and then slip back into the larger Greek exhibit room such as old boats or structures they had found over time. Come on don't do this. I said some as I started off to the room. Raven. The creepy kid voice called I slipped in and I didn't see the girl anywhere. Hello? I called but nothing came I sighed and shrugged and went to walk to the bathroom when something ran behind me, I stopped dead in my tracks. And the turned behind me was a statue, standing there it hadn't been there. What the- it moved and came at me it's stone weapon out and pointed at me. SH*T! I screamed and dodged running to a different end as more came, as I ran I heard a voice. COME PLAY WITH ME! COME DAUGHTER, LORD OF THE UNDERWORLD! I looked around there were metal storage places like you would see in a carpet warehouse. I climbed on the very bottom and hid behind some other stuff. I was shaking I didn't want to admit I was scared but it was very clear. Come play with me! What ever it was walked right past me. BOO! I screamed jumping out and backing up I looked around I thought I was about to die I looked down to the side waiting to die. BACK OFF! I looked up at the back of a woman, she grabbed my arm and drug me through a hall and stopped outside the bathroom. Are you hurt? She asked turning I frowned as I saw THE woman the same woman from my dreams or I thought. Are you hurt?!? I shook my head and looked at the door we had just walked out of. Who was that? A witches spirit, it's been trapped in some acient artifacts, she can't leave. It was going to kill me. Raven, listen to me. I looked up confused how this woman knew me. You are in danger. What? Thing's are about to change, I was told to give you this. She stuck something in my hand I looked down at the thing in my hand *image above* what is- keep it with you, do not let this out of your sights, when in trouble swing it out it will protect you. But this is- looks will and can be misleading, now heed my warnings. I turned as something thumped and when I looked back she was gone. There you are. I looked at Echo and she frowned. What're you doing here? I went to go to the bathroom. For almost an hour? No way. I muttered and she sighed. Come on, we're leaving.
Skip I got home and I was still on edge. Hey Rave. H-hey mom. I said and she frowned. Are you alright? I nodded and hugged her. I'm just tired so I'm going to uh head up to my room. A-alright. I ran up to my room ignoring my brothers as they started shooting nerf bullets at me. I got into my room and closed the door and looked at the key chain. What the hell did she mean? I muttered looking at the keychain.
Slight skip That night mom was down stairs it was almost October 31st I crept down stairs as I heard talking and I thought I heard horse hooves. I sat on the stairs. Already? Mom muttered scared. I'm afraid so, and we have no idea who it is. Does she know? No but she understands something weird is going on. I frowned. Echo? I muttered but listened closer. What's happening? We're not sure but a lot of our hero's are coming back to campus before summer, some of the mostly adult hero's are also coming back, it does not bode well.
Unknown Well? He asked and I nodded. She's got the weapon, she knows something is going on, but she's- I dropped off as the above time changed the clock chimed he looked up and went to the fire. And so the real battle begins. He said looking at her through an image of the fire as she sat on the stairs. Lock all of the hounds up, we cannot risk one of them attacking her. We both went running gathering the hounds to lock them away when I turned. It's missing. He turned to the station. Orthrus is gone. Send the scouts out we cannot let him get to her. He snapped I looked down. what if we're too late? We have a chance now send them out. I nodded some. As you wish. I whistled and the scout hounds came up. Find Orthrus, bring him back. They ran out and I turned. What if they find her? She can control them, but Orthrus I have no idea how he'll react to her.Now what? Now we wait my dear. I looked down something was happening, Orthrus had never broken out before. I sighed and turned going out of the room.
