Having a calm composure, he then asked "Who would you be?". "Kamen Rider... Quadro", whilst a 30 degree angled wording at his right shoulder piece shines in metallic silver.
"A secondary Rider?" Katae thought. He pulled himself together and got up from the rock hard bitumen, activate his Future Driver again and draw a card with the portrait of Kamen Rider Millenia. Scar turned around again and sees Katae ready to transform. "Impossible!" He exclaimed. He was sure that the driver was battered when he used Akate's ability.
"Here is an insight for you to remember", Katae spoke. "Millenia has the ability to hold its own card, therefore the Driver will always exist no matter how many times you tried to destroy it!" Katae then inserts Millenia's card into the active driver, hence transforming himself to Kamen Rider Millenia.
Millenia then drew another card, this time with a portrait of a sword. He inserted the card into the active driver - 'Summon Blade!'. He then threw himself towards Scar to provoke a close combat battle.
Quadro in the other hand drew his axe back and insert another card into a driver slot at his axe - 'Icy Flame Mode!'. He too engage for a close combat against Scar.
