Hazel's POV

The week passes by slowly and painfully. At school, my friends talked about nothing else but the concert, and believe it or not, it was for four freaking days.

“Oh my gosh Hazel, Louis winked at me!”

     “I touched Liam’s hand! Aaaahhhh!”

“Zayn looked directly into my eyes. Can you believe it? My eyes!”

And on and on they went. My guy friends just laughed at their girlfriends for their unnatural behaviour all week.

“Harry smiled at me during One Thing! I think I wet myself…”

“Niall held out his hand to me during Moments! So cute!”

“You should’ve been there Hazel, it was fantastic!”

The irony is making me restless. I still haven’t told them that I was the manager for the concert, so in turn they keep on annoying me by telling me that I ‘missed out on my life’ when in fact I’ve been in close contact with the boys.

Really close contact with one of them too…

While they were screaming their heads off, I was thinking about the incoming date. It gives me butterflies in my belly just by thinking about it.

My main problem was that I didn’t even know a lot of things about Harry; all I know is that he likes cats, bow ties, tacos and Louis. Well I’m not sure about that last one, but since they are shipped, I suppose he does like Louis in a certain way. He’s from Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, he has a sister named Gemma and a mom named Anne and unfortunately I have no idea why my friends never mentioned his father. Also, he has a perverted mind. Other than that, I absolutely have no clue who he really was. Hopefully he won’t quiz me about his life. I don’t want to bother asking my friends for more information since they might get all suspicious on me.

Harry actually texts me every day, but not about anything personal. Just how my day went and of course I’ll ask him as well. Our conversations aren’t long though, which is just fine for me. His daily morning greetings really wake me up though.

Friday arrives and I am finally relieved of the ear torture also known as the fangirling screams of my friends. I pull my bike as I walk with them in the school parking lot, the soggy afternoon making me feel uneasy.

“Can’t believe it’s been three days already,” Crista says, running her fingers through her long bangs.

“I know right? There’s always next year,” Kaila says, narrowing her eyes at me.

I roll my eyes and shrug; not this again. Their boyfriends snicker behind us as we finally reach Aria’s car. Aria inserts the key to the lock, turn it and open the door. Crista goes in first, followed by Garrett, who nods and grins at me. Right, they were going to have a group date. I give him a thin line of a smile. Chris pulls Kaila toward his car, which was right beside Aria’s. How about these two? Aren’t they joining Crista, Garrett, Eric and Aria? Oh wait a minute…

“Why don’t you come us? We’re gonna watch a movie,” Chris asks me, pouting as he opens the driver’s door. Thank God. I thought they were doing something else. Or maybe they’re doing it in the movie house… Shut up Hazel. Don't get infected by that Styles boy.

“Oh no it’s okay, I need to do some stuff anyway,” I say, waving a hand.

“Give you a lift home then?” Kaila suggests, pouting as well.
