Hazel's POV

My next date with Harry was on the next Saturday, and soon we finally agreed to have Saturday as our ‘date day’. It sounds so um, lovey-dovey but yes that’s what it is. But of course, if he had some interview with his band or a concert, we will definitely have to reschedule.

Then this goes on and on until we become official, which was two months after our first date. Of course before we did become official, I already received tons of death threats. My Twitter account was full of them, but they were full of admiration messages as well. How Directioners found my account, I don’t know since I never even told Harry that I had Twitter. Hell I don’t even use it; I only have twenty-seven tweets and I didn’t even tweet after I logged in to see what’s happening in the world of Twitter. I deleted my account right after, but that was after Harry found my account.

“When will people learn to give me some privacy?”  was his first tweet, then he texted me saying that everything’s going to be alright. It’s sweet but I’m annoyed at the fact he thought I was affected by those death threats. Some of the replies to his tweet were very obnoxious, but there were hundreds of retweets.

After ten minutes he tweeted, “Enough with this please. Leave her alone.” I stared at my laptop for I-don’t-know-how-long then I finally deleted my Twitter account. I didn’t bother to look at the replies.

My friends ask me why I deleted my account the next day and that’s when I finally told them the truth. Their squeals echoed through the cafeteria, catching everybody’s attention. I demanded to cut the story off and tell it to them during dismissal. Once I got out of my classroom, Kaila and Crista pull my arms and Aria pushes my back, leading the way to the parking lot. Their boyfriends had to do errands, at least that’s what they said, so they weren’t there to listen to my little sharing. I launch into my story as soon as I calmed them down from their intense fangirling, starting from when I managed the concert up until the execution of my account. They glared at me when I told them about the managing thing but they disappear when I go to the first date. As soon as I finished, they immediately asked me if they can meet him. Knowing Harry, he would always say ‘yes’ to me so I told them they can. They instantly returned to fan-girling mode.

Louis’s twenty-second birthday passes by, followed by Christmas and New Year celebrations. We were together during Louis’s birthday, but we had to stay with our families and friends during the holidays so we went our separate ways for a few weeks. But during those few weeks, Harry has never forgotten to text or call me. He’d always linger by the line just before we hang-up, so I end up hanging up on him just like what we did before. It makes me feel a twinge of guilt somehow right after I put the phone down....

Despite all the hate I receive every day, our relationship actually grows stronger. Harry would glare at the laptop screen every time he’d see hate posts about me. I told him it’s alright and that I can deal with it, but he would just shake his head. He’s protective of me when we’re out in public; shielding me from the blinding flashes of cameras and holding me close. I don’t really know how to react to this but I just let him and think of how weird a boyfriend he is.

January comes and so does Zayn’s twentieth birthday. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to go to his celebration because I needed to take care of Dylan who was in the hospital due to dehydration. Harry wanted to drop by but management told him that he couldn’t (I have no idea why), which of course he had to follow.
