ready to go.

grace was packing her last bag as she heard her door swing open.

"grace, do you really have to go?" grace heard her cousin barg into her room throwing herself on her bed as grace was zipping the suitcase up.

grace let out a small chuckle as her cousin begged her to stay. "eve you will be fine, im just gonna be gone for two months, it's a good opportunity for me to get better in my writing."

eve groaned and sighed as she looked up at her cousin. "are you sure your ready to face a big city like New York by yourself?" she said looking at her cousin.

grace looked back at her cousin and nodded her head slowly, she was one of the only high school student given this opportunity, to be in a class with college students.

"hello, hello grace ready to go?" grace heard from the front door opening and looked at eve and smiled.

grace went to meet her friend megan at the door as eve raced behind her. "megan is taking you, why can't daniel." eve said as smiled at Megan

megan raised her eyebrow in shock. "what's wrong with her bestfriend taking her?" megan said as she walked to grace's room and helped grab her bags.

grace sighed from hearing daniel's name. "eve, daniel is out of town getting ready for college." she said looking at her cousin. "shows how much you listen to me." she said walking to the room to grab her phone and her small carryon.

megan took the three bags grace packed and put them in her car. "grace, im gonna wait in the car.." she said as she shouted as grace was inside.

grace grabbed her carryon bag, and phone and a smaller bag with a camera and her journal and looked at her room as she walked out shutting the door.

"eve where are you?" grace called out as she looked around. "im about to leave." she shouted.

eve popped from the corner and jumped onto grace. "guess it's pizza for the next two months"  she said as she let go of grace.

grace looked at her cousin. "you will be fine, just facetime me whenever, i love you." she said smiling as she looked at her cousin

eve smiled. "i love you too kid, message me or call if you need anything!" eve said as hit graces shoulder. "now go megs waiting.." she said as she walked to her room.

grace walked to the car holding her carryon opening the passenger door and got in the car as she put her bag on the floor in front of her and put her seatbelt on as megan drove.

grace looked over at megan as she drove. "hey megan, what are your plans for the summer?" grace asked as she looked at her.

megan held onto the wheel as she let out a small laugh. "uh im not sure yet, my parents are leaving for a tour through Europe and aren't coming back till the week we start school." she said as she drove.

grace looked at her and nodded her head slowly. "eve said was i ready to face New York by myself and if im being honest, im not." she said looking at megan. "and i know this is asking a lot you don't have to come right now, you can come in a week but will you stay with me in New York?" grace asked looking at her.

megan looked at her and looked back at the road. "i would have to ask my parents, but of course i will go with you." megan said as she drove.

megan continued to drive as the two talked the whole car ride to the airport.

edoardo had arrived at the airport in new york, he waited for his bags and walked outside to see his driver outside waiting for him.

edoardo rolled his bags over to the car as the driver opened the trunk for him, as he opened it edoardo put his suitcases in the back walking to the car and getting in.

edoardo was in the back of the car and told the driver to the condo he had rented out for the summer and slowly wanted to transition into getting a house as he started college.

the car arrived at the condo he had rented, he had a his dads interior designer go to the condo and design it, so it would be ready for him when he arrived.

the car stopped and edoardo stepped out the car going to the trunk of the car and grabbing his 2 suit cases and walking to the lobby.

he made his way to the front desk, grabbing a key to his condo and walking to the elevator to go up to the 4th floor.

the elevator doors opened to the 4th floor, he walked down the hall with his suitcases he looked for 416 he glanced at all the numbers then came across 416.

he pulled the key out of his pocket then unlocked the door, he rolled his suitcases in closing the door behind him and looking around to see everything already set.

he walked down the hall as he went into his room and sat on the bed as he looked outside the window, and threw himself back on the bed closing his eyes slowly.
