(Y/N)'s POV:

"Now I believe you have some explaining to do, (Y/N) Manoban," Seokjin declared from the other side of the room. You leaned back against the couch, your arms folded tightly as you looked at everyone, who were staring at you with curiosity on their faces, except Jungkook who simply looked down, knowing the damage he had caused to you.

"She left, because I simply yelled at her," Jungkook looked back up at his hyung.

"Excuse me?" You lifted yourself up, he couldn't just say that you are the sensitive one.

"No, excuse me," He instantly got up from the other end of the couch, giving you a fierce glare, and exited.

You clenched your fists at his undying ego.

How could one be so shameless? He caused you pain, he made you suffer, and now acted like he did absolutely nothing.

"Look guys, you've all been so nice and open to me, but ever since I came here all we've been facing is trouble and I thought it would be best to leave so that I don't burden you guys anymore-"

"(Y/N), you're not trouble at all. We all just want the best for you and Jungkook. We all stick together don't we?" Hoseok cooed.

"He's right, you don't have to feel that way (Y/N)," Taehyung said, earning a glare from Jungkook.

"Says the guy who let her run away," Jungkook huffed, and the rest the boys laughed.

Well, that made you feel a lot better. A great relief it was, to know that at least you weren't a burden for them.

-

You scoffed as you heard your stomach groan, "Better go grab something to eat," you said to yourself, heading off to the kitchen.

"Hey (Y/N)," Taehyung said, as he was laying sloppily on the couch, his eyes glued to the television screen.

"Hey, what are you watching there?" You asked and he replied, "Money heist."

You'd seen that show before, not that it really interested you.

After grabbing a bag of crisps from the refrigerator, you went upstairs, to the terrace, and pulled yourself a chair outside.

You noticed the silhouette of someone else who's arms rested on the rail, and his face gazing up high at the beautiful night sky.

You looked up too, noticing the sky which was full of gleaming stars.

You went closer to the silhouette, and heard him humming,

"You got me, I dream while looking at you,

I got you, inside those pitch black nights."

"The lights we saw in each other, were saying the same thing,"

You chanted, as soon as you recognized Hoseok's voice. Those verses touched the core of your heart as the intense feeling of nostalgia flooded your heart.

"H-how do you know this song?" You asked him, as you rested your arm on the rail as well.

"This song, brings out great memories to me," Hoseok said.

"It's the song my mom used to sing to me and my brother when I was really little, so I was just a little startled when I heard you sing it," You smiled at him.

"Wait, what?" Hoseok looked at you as if he were very puzzled.

"My late mother used to sing it to me too," He sighed, "If I had one wish right now, it would be just to hear her voice, her sweet, melodious voice, singing this song."

"You must've been really close to her," You said. But there was something else going on at the back of your head. But you brushed it off, it just couldn't be.

"Yeah, the day I lost her, was probably my worst. She left when I was nine, I had nowhere to go, so I became a thief. Later on I got taken in at an orphanage, as I grew up I got enlisted for military, well, that's where I met Jungkook."

You listened to his story with interest. You could closely relate to him, and it made you feel comfortable. You felt good around him, it wasn't a familiar experience to you, having to relate to someone.

"I'm sorry you had to go through that Hoseok, thanks for opening up about it," You replied to him. His aura made you happy.

"It's okay, (Y/N). Why don't you tell me about yours, well, if you're comfortable with it."

"Of course I am," You said, "I don't remember much of my childhood, but I do remember that it was me, Lisa, and our brother. Our mom died when I was seven, I never got to know how. I tried to look for answers, eventually in my teen years, I let it go. Don't get me wrong, I still do and will continue to miss my mom, but, I still don't know what happened to her, and I guess that's for the best."

"So you've been living with your sister and your dad after that, right?" He asked.

"Not exactly, but yeah. This is something not everyone knows but, My dad is in debt to Jungkook's dad. I've known Jungkook and Yoongi since I was younger, but after that I got into criminality, I just didn't care about anything or anyone. My dad always preferred Lisa over me. Due to his debt, he had to give Lisa as a bride to Jungkook, and me as a slave," Your voice got weak, "That's why I tried to run away."

You could see the hope and agony in Hoseok's eyes. Throughout all he had been through he still smiled at you.
