The sun was barely over the horizon when an all too familiar scream filed the pastel palace walls. Angelica jumped from her slumber with a start and ran to her youngest sister's room. She pressed her ear to the gold plated door, listening for any signs of trouble before barging through the locked door. A few nearby servants watched from the halls as Angelica confronted the youngest member of the royal family. Margarita's Eyes glazed over with tears softened at the sight of the elder sister. Angelica held the younger close and began to question her.

"T-there was a sh-shadow! Of someone... or something... outside the wi-window! When I went t-to investigate an unfamiliar face stared back at me before they dropped from the window cell and disappeared into the night!" She explained.

Peggy's hair was tied in a sloppy low ponytail, some loose hairs sticking out. Her light yellow nightgown stained in tears and sweat. Angelica comforted the small girl, while the middle aged quietly entered the room. Elizabeth Stared at Angelica, who tilted her head towards the window. Signaling to Eliza that she would be the one to investigate further.

Eliza propped the window open and noticed small heel stains, left from high heeled shoes. Eliza assumed the culprit must be a woman, based on the shoe markings. But surely there was none in their otherwise peaceful kingdom of Oana who would do such a thing. Whatever the culprit was trying to do...

Eliza shared to her sisters her findings, both girls obviously relieved to hear the culprit is truly gone, for now. Eliza tied her hair back into a low pony, gave Peggy a comforting hug, and left to go back to her room. Angelica did the same soon after. Leaving Peggy alone in her room once again.

Or so she thought.
