When Jason Dean was alone in his room, he tended to stare at the wall. On one particular night, he felt his conscious stall. He heard a knock at the door and he knew it wasn't Veronica, his wife. That's when Miss Christina Reynolds walked into his life.

"I know you are a man of honor, I'm so sorry to bother you at home. But I don't know where to go and I came here all alone." She told him and he took in what she looked like. She had long brown hair covering part of her face, tanned skin and a rather curvy physique. She was wearing a red dress and he had to stifle a noise when he saw it. He hated the color red but for some reason, it looked good on her.

"Why are you here?" He asked her. His voice came out in a strange way, somewhat breathy. He cursed himself for this.

"My husband's doing me wrong. Beating me," She moved the hair in her face to reveal a bruise on her collarbone. While JD didn't know this woman, he felt angered. Sure, he grabs Veronica's wrists a little too hard sometimes but he's never laid a hand on his wife.

"Cheating me, mistreating me. Suddenly he's up and gone, I don't have the means to go on." She continued, breaking him out of his thoughts of his wife. He was willing himself to remember his wife.

Yet, he offered Christina a loan. Even offered to walk her home.

"You're too kind, sir." She smiled at him. He gave her some money he had tucked away. She lived a block away. "This one's mine, sir." She told him, pointing at her home and inviting him inside.

"I should head back home." JD said, scratching the back of his neck. But Christina turned red, led him to her bed and let her legs spread.

"Stay," She whined.

"Hey." He gulped.

"Hey," She smiled.

That's when he began to pray to a god he didn't believe in. He prayed for the knowledge of how to say no to her. But he couldn't focus on it for long. She looked so helpless and her body was screaming hell yes. Then her mouth is on his and he doesn't say no to this.

Meanwhile, Veronica had just gotten home from the doctor and wanted to surprise her husband with a love note. She often times put them places he'd find them. She was sure he was still at work. So she picked up a pen and wrote, in perfect cursive,

Helpless, look into your eyes and the sky's the limit. I'm helpless. Down for the count and I'm drowning in it.

She didn't hear the ghost of Heather Chandler pacing behind her back and mumbling.

"He will never be satisfied. He will never be satisfied." Heather shook her head disappointedly. She vanished before Veronica noticed her.

JD felt dirty, going back home to Veronica. He had just slept with another woman. Not only that, he enjoyed it.

He liked that he could do what he wanted in sex once again. After him and Veronica had their children, she was always rushing and hushing him. Especially once they got older.

He came home to find Veronica looking excited to see him. She gave him a kiss and he cringed a smile. He was so goddamn guilty. That feeling multiplied when he could hear his kids playing in their living room.

His jaw dropped when Veronica told him that while at the doctor, she had found out she was pregnant again.

"Routine bloodwork," She explained. She hadn't gone to get a pregnancy test. She went to see her doctor about getting her tubes tied. They had three kids already and recently Veronica decided that if he didn't want more kids, that she would just get her tubes tied to save her the trouble of taking the pill.

"You can't take that pill to save your goddamn life." He said. She wilted a bit at his tone. He sounded angry with her.

She chalked it up to him having a bad day as she started to prepare dinner.

A month later, JD had gone back to see Christina a few times. But when he went into his office one night, he was surprised to see a letter he received. Veronica must have sat it on his desk.

Dear sir, I hope this letter finds you in good health and a prosperous enough position to put wealth in the pockets of people like me, down on their luck. You see, that was my wife who you decided to

"Fuck!"

Uh oh, you made the wrong would-be sucker a cuckhold. So time to pay the piper for the pants you unbuckled. And hey, you can keep seeing my whore wife if the price is right. If not, I'm telling your wife.

JD was seeing as he hid the letter and raced to Christina's place.

"How could you!?" He screamed in her face.

"No, sir!" Christina cried. Half-dressed, apologetic. She looked like a mess and JD thought she looked pathetic. "Please don't go, sir!" She cried at him.

"So was your whole story a set-up?" He demanded to know after telling her about the mail he got from her husband.

"I don't know about any letter!" She said.

"Stop crying, goddammit, get up." He begged. She was at his feet, looking up at him with tears on her face.

"I didn't know any better," She sobbed.

"I am ruined!" He shouted.

They continued to talk over one another, about how they were helpless and ruined. JD wondered how he could do this when Christina began to stand.

"Just give him what he wants and you can have me!" She cried.

"I don't want you," He said, as if he was trying to convince himself. He tried to picture Veronica's face but he couldn't. Not a single feature would appear.

"If you pay, you can stay!" She told him, clasping her arms around his neck like jewelry.

All JD could think of was how the situation was helpless. He knew Christina wanted him. Her body was still screaming hell yes for him. He begged for a lord to show him how to say no to her. He had nowhere else to go, when her body's on his, he does not say no.
