The Bad Boy and The Nerd (Solby)

Chapter 2

Sam sighed. It was finally time for lunch, Kat met Sam at his locker.

Sam smiled at her slightly before running his fingers through his hair. "Why is Colby's pack so mean? Like i mean i get that they are juniors but damn" Kat laughed quietly and walked with Sam to the cafeteria, as soon as they arrived their was yelling. There was a giant circle around two people, Sam hears people yelling fight. "I wonder who it is fighting" Kat looked at him and Sam shrugged.

Sam walked over to the circle seeing Colby fighting another junior who he didnt recognize. Jake came over to Sam "if i didnt know any better id say you love Colby." Jake put his arm around Sam's neck "Am i correct?" Sam blushed and looked at the ground, nodding slightly. "Well Sam, how about you go break up that fight before your boyfriend gets hurt" Jake smirked and walked away.

Finally someone broke up the fight and Colby smirked at the kid before walking over to Jake. "Sam dont look now but Colby is staring at you" Kat whispered making Sam look at her. She looked down and whispered "hes coming over here" Sam looked at her confused "what? Sorry i was reading" suddenly his book was taken from his hands "so Golbach do you have something to tell me?" Sam looked up at him and shook his head.

"Stand up now." Sam stood up quickly, scared of what was going to happen. "Follow me." Colby walked out of the cafeteria with Sam walking behind him. Once they were away from everyone Colby grabbed his arm and gently pushed him against the locker. "Ill ask one more time as nice as possible. Do you have something to tell me?" Sam gulped and nodded slowly. "I think you are really attractive.. and ive had a crush on you for a while...." Sam whispered quietly while looking down, hiding the tear that started falling from his eye.

"Sam. Look at me." He looked up at him wiping his tears. "You shouldnt like me. Im dangerous." Sam nodded before looking down again. "But.... how about you give me your number and i can make something work" he smirked looking up and down Sam's body. Sam wrote down his number quickly, his hands shaking.

Colby took it before winking at him and leaving. He walked back into the cafeteria and sat down with Kat. "What happened?" He shrugged and looked down "he knows that i like him..." Kat looked shocked before hugging Sam. He felt like crying, Sam got up and walked to the office and asked to go home because he felt sick. They gave him permission to leave, he walked to his locker and grabbed his stuff. He walked out of the school to see it raining "great" he mumbled and began walking home.

A car pulled up beside him and Colby stepped out "get in. Youll get sick." Sam looked around before getting in the car, shivering. Colby looked at him and turned on the heat "do you not have a car? You walk to and from school every day?" Sam nodded "yeah.. i dont own a car so i have no choice but to walk..." Colby looked at him "you were walking home?" Sam shook his head "um no... i was just going to walk around... i um... i dont really have a house.." Colby looked at him confused before pulling over and turning towards him "what the hell do you mean you dont have a house?" Sam shrugged "i live in a old treehouse i built when i was younger... my parents died in a car crash last year..." Colby looked shocked "okay well you are moving in with me. You are definitely not sleeping in a treehouse anymore." Sam looked at him confused "what? Why do you care? I mean.. you hate me.." Colby looked at him "who said i hated you and that i didnt care. I dont hate you, i actually think you are very attractive. And i am actually a very caring guy. Believe it or not." Colby started driving to the treehouse location. It was sheltered, it was lower to the ground and had stairs at the entrance, it had a makeshift sink so he can brush his tree and a makeshift shower. Colby pulled over to where the treehouse was, he cleared his throat before getting out of the car and opening the door for Sam.

Sam walked into the house and grabbed his toothbrush, hairbrush, and the very little clothes he had. He grabbed the few pictures he had of his family and put them in a box before looking at Colby who was looking around. "You slept on the wood floor with no mattress? You have barely any clothes and you have non usable water sources." Sam nodded slightly "wow im a horrible person for bullying you. I had no idea" Sam smiled slightly "its fine.. i got used to it.." Colby looked at him sadly before putting his hand on his cheek "Sam i am so sorry. If i would have known sooner i would've helped you." Sam looked into Colby's eyes and nodded "its okay, i forgive you" Colby licked his lips before leaning down and capturing Sam's lips in a kiss.

Sam gasped slightly against his lips before giving into the kiss, he wrapped his arms around Colby's neck. Colby pulled away "youre mine now" Sam nodded before walking back to the car. "We are totally taking you to get new clothes though" Colby said seriously, making Sam laugh lightly. They got in the car and Sam looked at the box. "Can we burn these clothes after?" Colby looked at Sam "hell yeah we can" Sam laughed at Colby.

Colby pulled into the driveway and looked at Sam "welcome home babe" Sam looked at him blushing.
