My head hurts so bad. Why do I hear beeping?

Where the hell am I? Am I inside the hospital right now?
"Oh my god..Sarang!"
As soon as I wake up I hear a man yelling my name. My head hurts even more, but I'm actually too confused at the present. Who is this man?
He embraces me so hard that I feel pain all around my upper body. I wince as I feel the fast pain hit me.
"Oh crap, I'm sorry! I forgot about how you're in so much pain right now.."
Right when he lets go of his embrace I look at his profile. This man, who is he?
"I'm so glad you're alive..I've been desperately holding your hand for a very long time. See?"

He's right, my hands feel very numb in the moment right now however. Why can't I feel my hands? I even tried moving it a little bit I don't feel it.
I look back up to see this man's face to see him smile at me with teary eyes.
"Agh!..Ow!"
My head, I feel a throbbing pain. What's going on?
"Sarang?! Are you okay?!"
"AHH, MY HEAD! HELP!"
I hold my head as I scream from this horrible pain I feel. What the fuck is going on?
"Sarang! It's okay, I'll go get the nurse and-"
