(Ratliff's P.O.V)
I love Mariah, she's like the sweetest girl ever. I cant for are date this weekened, Im so excited. I saw her with Jessica on there phones giggling, her laugh is just so adorable. I cant to take her out this weekened. A gorgeous girl like her deserves it, any guy that would reject her is an idiot. I love her to death and i always will. Mabe i should go talk to her but i always get nervous when im around her. My heart pounds and i get all shaky. "Come on Ell you could do this" I said to myself. So i walk over to the couch and she doesnt notice im behind her.
Ratliff: BOO!
Mariah: OMG u scared me.
Jessica: I knew he was behind u.
Mariah: Why didnt u tell me?
Jessica: Because i think its funny.
Mariah: *giggles*
Ratliff: You know u cant get mad at me.
Mariah: Very true, i cant.
Ratliff: Thought so.
Mariah: So what did u want to talk about?
Ratliff: Umm Jess u dont mind if i talk to Mariah alone do u?
Jessica: Not at all. *gets up and leaves*
Ratliff: Thanks.
Jessica: No problem.
I sit by Mariah and stay quiet for a few minutes, Im so nervous i dont know what to say or do. She must think im being weird right now. So to break the silence i put some music on and start dancing.
Mariah: I love when u dance.
Ratliff: Well then coule i have this dance?
Mariah: Of course u can.
She gets up, i put my arms around her waist and she wraps her arms around my neck. We start slow dancin. She really good at slow dancing.
Ratliff: Wow, your a really good slow dancer.
Mariah: Awe thanks Ell, ur a good slow dancer to.
Ratliff: Mary, iv been wanting to ask u something for the past few days now.
Mariah: What is it Ell?
Ratliff: Would u be my girlfriend?
Mariah: Of course!
She hugs me so tight i just cant resist on not hugging her back, I wrap my arms around her and we just stay like that for a few minutes. I cant believe she said yes, i was so nervous. My heart was pounding, i tryed calming down but i couldnt.
Mariah: Ell?
Ratliff: Ya?
Mariah: I can feel ur heart *giggles*
Ratliff: Sorry, im just really glad u said yes.
Mariah: Its ok, i think its cute.
Ratliff: I love u.
Mariah: I love u to Ell, and i always will.
