Chapter 1

"I want to see your animal side. Let it all out.." Patrick and Joe were working on a new song together and they were having fun doing this, cause it was always Pete and Patrick. They were sitting on a couch at the studio, Joe playing the guitar and Patrick sitting by his side singing the lyrics while beating at his legs for rithym.

At the end of the song, they both cheer about it
"Dude, this song is dope. Pete is going to love when he hear it." Joe said with a smile on his lips. "We need to record it." Patrick agreed with him and they decided to spend the whole day recording it. The next day they would show to the guys and see what they think.

While Patrick was singing in the booth, Joe was producing it. Well, at least he should but he wasn't. Instead, he was thinking about what Marie said to him last night.

*Last night*

"Open relationship?" Joe was out of words. They were watching a movie, cuddling on the couch. "Baby, are you serious?" He never did this before, even on relationships where he didn't like the girl/guy that much. He was a serious guy.

"Yes! I read a issue on a magazine yesterday that says that couples who date other people, have a healthy relationship. It's good for us babe."

"What? But we have a healthy relationship." Joe said.

"Yeah, but we should try this. It's new and sexy thinking that you are with someone, but in the end of the day, you come back to me. Please!" She pleads straddling his lap and kissing his face.

"I'm gonna think about it." He finally says.

*Present day*

"I'm so tired" Patrick laid on the couch of the studio after a long day of writing lyrics and doing music. "I'm even lazy to get up and drive home. Think I'm going to crash in here."

Joe is sitting on the chair looking in a lovely way to Patrick. He's always adorable and cute, but today he's more than ever. "Well, at least you don't have anyone at home waiting for you." Joe said smiling, taking a hit to see if Patrick was seeing someone else, cause after all he did lost weight and was dressing so much better after hiatus. The red/blond  opens one eye to him and smile too.

"Well, you are right. I am still putting the S in Single. But it's like a choice, I don't want to date anyone right now. Since the break up with Elisa, I'm too focus on this album." Then Patrick looks at Joe with a nasty look. "However, I don't mind with makeouts here and there, sometimes."

"Ooooh so this is an invitation?" Joe laugh interested making Patrick do the same.

"Ahah well, even though we're friends I think you're handsome and sexy... wouldn't mind doing something with you if you were single." Patrick said with his feet raised on the back of the couch.

"What if I told you Marie wants an open relationship?" Patrick raised his eyebrow in disbelief.

"Really? She wouldn't mind?" Joe raised from his chair and sat on the edge on the couch, resting a hand next on Patrick's side, staring at him like he meant it.

"Yeah, just say the magical words babe" he said stroking Patrick's cheek and resting a finger in his mouth. The blond\red hair smiled and bite his lower lip.

"So, we could be friends with benefits?" Joe leaned till they get closed mouth to mouth.

"Yeah" and they finally closed the gap between them.
