"Okay I need you to call a taxi and tell him to take you to 23 Oakland drive and when you get there I'll tell you what to do," Camille instructed.
"The girl sitting beside me in the cab earlier kind of looked like you, but she had blonde hair," Phoenix said.
"That's great did you get a cab?"
"I just caught one and now I'm getting in. 23 Oakland drive please!" Phoenix screamed at the cab driver. "Now I have a question for you Camille," stated Phoenix.
"Anything," Camille replied
"What exactly did you guys fail to do last year and why do they hate the U.S. so much?" asked Phoenix.
"Well to be completely honest with you, I don't really know why they hate the U.S and I don't think anyone will, except for them. But what we failed to do was infiltrate the base and download some top secret information about our government that they stole years ago. The government did not let this news leak because they knew if they did the world would go into total chaos. The cab drive should be about over and when you get out I need you to go to the coffee shop around the corner and there will be someone waiting for you, he was our partner but he sadly died in action, give him the code word: fallen."
"Alright this is your stop 23 Oakland drive," Phoenix said thank you and paid the cab driver.
"Okay I just got out and I'm heading towards the coffee sho-" Phoenix stopped dead in his tracks when he saw the same car that the man in the suit sped off in, pass by him on the road. Phoenix decided to follow.
"Phoenix?" Camille called.
"Yeah I'm here, I'm going towards the coffee shop," he said, lying to Camille and trailing the car. the car stopped abruptly in front of what looked like a bank. The top of the building said, "B.B.A."
"Okay do you see the man?" Asked Camille.
"Yes, I'll give him the code word," Phoenix said.
"Wait. Before you do, I have to tell you something. He is going to help you through this mission now, whatever he says you need to do it. If you need help from here then just call, but I won't be there, Blade and Justin will. I hope you're successful with this mission. I believe in you," she said with a soft voice as she waited for a response.
"Okay, thank you for everything and
"I'll call if I need you,"Phoenix replied as the earpiece clicked and went out.
Phoenix kept walking towards the car and stopped abruptly when he saw guards suited up in flak jackets, helmets, boots, heavy pants, and a long sleeve shirt. The guards were positioned at both sides of the doors. They left their post to approach the man in the suit, he gave the guards a briefcase but he kept the binoculars in his hands. The guards followed the man inside and Phoenix decided to go closer and closer until he reached the door.
He opened the door and a burst of cold air hit his face. The door made a slight creaking sound at first but then subsided. In front of Phoenix was a door with four pillars, two to his right and two to his left. The guards and the man were no where to be found.
Phoenix heard the nob of the door jiggle and he bolted over to a pillar on his left and his behind it.
"He ran after me," a voice said.
"Well obviously someone was looking for that briefcase," said another voice with a slight anger.
"I didn't have the briefcase with me, it was in the car, all I took was the binoculars!" the voice exclaimed.
"Well someone was looking for the binoculars idiot, and I bet he followed you here. Guards!" they rushed in, "Search the area for an intruder," demanded the man.
"Yes sir!" they screamed.
Phoenix heard the footsteps coming towards him and he bolted out the door and heard the guards scream and bullets fly past him.
"Camille?! Camille?! Help! Help!" Phoenix screamed in peril.
There was no answer, just buzzing in the earpiece. The guards were gaining on him and the bullets came closer and closer grazing his blonde hair.
"Phoenix?," said Justin from the earpiece.
"Get me out! Get me out!," Phoenix screamed.
"Okay ten seconds hold on."
Phoenix ran into an alleyway and turned a corner and sat behind it.
"5 more seconds," justin said.
The guards footsteps became clearer and before he knew it, they turned the corner.
"4...3...2...1," Justin said with a soft tone.
The last thing Phoenix saw was more horrifying than anything he had witnessed before. He saw Camille.
