5 years later Jacob had finally moved on from Chresanto and found him new boyfriend who cared about him alot his name was August, and August loved Jacob.Jacob at some point of time thought about Chresanto and how he was doing.
Chresanto had sleep with many woman and man from time to time. he is what i call a homie hopper, him and Aliza sleept togather and had a baby but i died from the stress.
Ray is still going strong and missed Jacob and Aliza, he wished Aliza woulda stayed with him cause he thought what they had was special, Ray feel't bad for sending Jacob the pictures, cause he was there and witness Chresanto and Aliza mess around, but Ray feel't good that Jacob was set free from a relationship that would'nt last that long.
