Aston's POV

"You fucking what?!?!" gulat na singhal sa akin ni Reino. I confessed everything to him. Now more than ever. I need his help.

"I know man" I said

"At ngayon mo pa talaga sinabi ha? reception ng kasal ko. Wow naman paaare!" he said saka ihinilamos ang kamay sa mukha.

Rain was retouching her make-up kasama ang misis ko at mga kaibigan nila.

"I don't have much choice." I said apologetically, although Reino and me started as enemies, I knew that through the years he's the closest brother I have. Him and Rigid. But with my situation right now, I know Rigid won't even blink when he buries a bullet in between my eyes.

"Does Rigid know?" Reino asked at tumango ako.

"You're in deep shit man! What are you gonna do about it?!" nagpapanic nitong saad, dun ko narealize na, wrong timing nga ang pagsabi ko.

"Tell Lena soon I guess..." I said

"She'll hate you man" he said as I flinched internally.  Walang sikretong hindi nabubunyag, alam ko gasgas na linya na iyon pero sobrang totoo.

"Hindi ko na alam kung ano pa ang gagawin ko. And that Wraith is in my trail. I never imagined that what I did to protect her would backfire against me"

"Naiintindihan kita dyan bro. Gusto mo lang namang makasiguro sa kaligtasan ni Lena." akmang magsasalita pa si Reino ng biglang---

"There you boys are, akala ko iniwan na ako ni Reino eh puputulan ko na sana siya! Mouahahahaha!" tawa ni Rain na ngayon nakapag retouch na daw, kasama niya sina Lena at Ran.

And Reino? Waring nalimutan niya ang lahat ng sasabihin niya ng makita ang asawa. Funny that Rain could leave this poor guy who wrote and sang songs for a living... speechless.

Napangiti ako. I'll let them enjoy their day. It's THEIR day afterall.

"Hey everything okay?" Lena beamed at me as I took her in my arms and kissed the top of her head.

"Of course my lovely wife." I said as she just looked at me. Man, you're such a bastard Aston! I yelled at myself internally as I looked in her eyes, I'd dread the day that I'll see tears in those eyes again. Mga luhang ako nanaman ang dahilan.

"Akala ko ipinagpalit mo na ako kay Reino eh" she giggled and I just exhaled

"Kahit pa maging babae siya still no" I said

At pumailalim ang isang kanta sa paligid. I took a step back at my lovely wife and bowed.

"May I have this dance? Major General Lena Cathena Montez-Martins?" I said as she smiled tenderly at iniabot ang kamay sa akin.

"Who am I to say no to my knight?" she replied. I smiled at her. Her Knight. Yeah...her bumbling knight. I only wanted to protect you Lena. Pero mukhang mas malaking sakit ang maidudulot ng mga ginawa ko.

I gathered Lena in my arms as we started dancing. With her in my arms I felt complete. With her in my life...I felt perfection. God knows si Lena lang ang tanging hiniling ko buong buhay ko mula ng bata pa ako. Siya lang ang tanging pinagdasal ko. And my life dream is quite simple...

I stared at my wife who gently hugged me...

My life dream is to grow old with her, happy and contented as I spend my lifetime with her.

I never want to live a life without her by my side, a life without seeing her face and inhaling her scent first thing in the morning. Lena's image is the first thing I look forward to seeing at my every waking hour and the last thing that crops my mind before I go to sleep.
