Chapter 8

Naruto sighs, hunching over his body. He was told that Shikamaru and Hinata were on a family trip, so he couldn't hang out with them. He just bent out his frustration by training in training ground 7. He was about to do sit-ups when he felt eyes watching him.

"I know you're here." he said blankly and proceed doing his training. Suddenly, a wirl of leaves appeared and came out a man in his twenties. Naruto let out a smile "It's been a while, Kakashi-nii." he said; then hearing a chuckle from the mask anbu.

"Yo, Naruto." said Kakashi, giving him an eye smiled, "Training hard."

Naruto gave a laugh, "Yes, you need to have a strong future hokage, protecting the village right."

Kakashi could only smile "Since you are training so hard, I'mma gonna give you a gift." he stated and hand out a box to him. Naruto gave a smiling nod before opening the box, inside was a face mask that was same as Kakashi and a scroll.

"Since Jiraiya-sama, ain't gonna be back for a long time." Naruto just tilt his head in a curious matter. "I decided to train you for this upcoming years until you  graduated from the academy."

Naruto just beam at this, but before he could celebrate, he ask what's the mask for. Kakashi smiles behind his mask and said, "Mask are effective when someone tried to use harmful gas to attack you and it even hides your face so your enemy can't know your face and you can pass trough the village and buy from their shop; not knowing it was you."

He just stared at the adult and then smiles "Even in the shadows you still take care of me, huh?" Naruto exclaims with a soft smile etched on his lips. Kakashi just gave him a nod before wisphering, "Note taken Naruto, I just wanted a mini me because I don't want Gai to brag about his new student that he found in the academy."

Naruto just gave him a blank look and sweat drops at his brother figure. But it was broken when he gave a hearty laugh. Who knew that the great Kakashi can be easily jelous? He also can hear Kurama laughing at his mind.

"Ok, Kakashi, I agree it's cool to be your mini me, but I don't like to be a closet pervert." He saw Kakashi chuckles at his statement before saluting. He gave him a eyed smile "Consider me warned, Naruto." he said, "But, since your up and running let's go to your new regimen now."

Naruto smiled but turn into a smirk when he heard him say, "And this will not be a walk to a park, Naruto. Remember that..."

He didn't flinch; he just stared at him with determination as the will of fire burn trough his eyes.

"Bring it own."

Naruto laid in his bead panting, his muscles was so sore from the new training Kakashi gave him. That anbu made him add more chakars to his weights, he remember how his face planted on the ground. The worse thing was that if he hadn't Kurama, his muscles might tore off. Naruto took a note to himself: Don't defy Kurama.

Then a flashback  flash trough his eyes.

Kakashi judo flip Naruto and frowned "Naruto, you need to work more on your taijutsu." he said as Naruto scowls. "But, I'm impress your kinda chunin level speed even you had your weights."

He just look at his brother figure and processed what he said. He gave him a grin and Kakashi sighed, "I'm sorry to say that, there's no stance suited for you..."

Naruto watch as Kakashi brought out a scroll. "When Jiraiya left, he gave me this." he said and tossed the scroll to Naruto, who caught it. "It's your mother'd clan taijutsu, the swirling storm."

He just gasp to find out this information, "Really?"

Kakashi nodded "Yes, but this stance is based on speed so we had to work on that. Now set your weights to 100 pounds."

Naruto could only stare at him before saying, "What?"

He rubbed his shoulders and begun shivering. Who knew that a lazy guy like him can be a demon in training. The blond just sighed before falling to deep sleep.

Looking at himself at the mirror, Naruto find himself staring at a carbon copy of the Yondaime, but with a mask. Naruto smiled as the mask reached his nose, he couldn't even barely recognize himself.

He put on his goggles, wear his black coat and strap his sandals. Naruto put his father's notebook containing all his price jutsus and in his back pouch he put the scroll containing the Uzumaki's taijutsu style. He red it last night and found three parts: first was the beginner, second was advance and the third is mastery level.

Naruto put on his fingerless gloves before running out of his house. He enters the village and noticed the people not glaring at him. Huh? Didn't think it work, Naruto thought and made a note to thank Kakashi-nii later.

He was about to jump another building when he noticed a small boy, who was wearing a scarf. The little boy's ankle was tied on the branch of a tree leaving him hanging. Naruto couldn't help but laugh at that scene, it reminded him of something a long time ago.

He felt bad at the boy, so he jump down and landed infront of the upside down boy. "Oi, kid what the hell happened to you?" he asked and the boy just look at him. The young guy just huffed angrily before turning his head away.

Naruto just sweatdrops, "Okay, if your fine on your own. I can leave you be."

Before he could turn away the boy yelled, "Don't go atleast get me down." Naruto smiles and brought out a kunai, he hopped on the branch and begun cutting the rope under him.

The ropes went loose, the boy drop on the ground with a thud. The boy then look up at Naruto and smiles. Naruto could only laugh as he jump down and lands with a flip.

He smirks and said, "The name's Naruto kid and you are?"

The boy only eyed him as he brought out his hand, with a smile on his face.

"Konohamaru is my name."
