Yeva was getting some food for Celia at the table, giving her some of Jane's birthday cake. Uma and River were sitting next to them, eating as well.

Ara and Mari were getting some drinks for all of them, handing Uma and River their drinks. Uma and River looked up at Ara and Mari.

"Don't worry," Ara said. "They're not spiked or poisoned."

"We're not ones that like to spike or poison," Mari stated. "Don't want any, your loss our gain."

Ara and Mari sat down across from them, drinking their drinks, leaving drinks for Uma and River. Uma and River smirked, grabbing their drinks.

"We were more surprised that you two got drinks for us after everything that happened the last time we saw each other, and the time before that," Uma admitted.

River looked down. "Mari, Ara, I know that we said thank you for saving Gaige and Gil along with Jay after the fight in the Isle, and like Mari said, that was before we fought you and Ara, Mal and Malia at cotillion. I just wanted to make sure that you two know that I really meant what I said to you two, about saving Gaige and Gil."

Ara and Mari nodded understandingly.

"We know," Ara answered. "Of course we saved Jay. Uma, River, we didn't know Gaige and Gil, but we knew that they were old friends of Izzy and Yeva, even if we were fighting on different sides, just like with you two and Harry. But we couldn't let them die either."

Mari smirked knowingly. "River's got a thing for Gaige, huh, Uma?"

River scoffed, saying, "No," the same time Uma answered, "Yes."

Ara, Mari, River and Uma couldn't help small smiles. Yeva and Izzy saw the four cousins getting along, smiling slightly at the fact that their plan was working to bridge the gap between the two groups, between Isle and Auradon.

Yeva went back to talking with Celia, as the two sisters were getting to know each other, and both were smiling and laughing. Ara and Mari were also talking.

Izzy, sitting across the room from them, was holding her scepter, which was whispering again due to the Queen of Hearts trying to get to Izzy, eventually putting her in a bit of a trance from the scepter and the whispering, her eyes starting to glow red.

Uma and River heard the scepter first since Yeva/Celia and Ara/Mari were talking to each other and didn't hear the scepter since they were talking. Uma and River were confused as to where the whispering was coming from, exchanging a look, looking around for the source of it.

Uma and River realized. "Izzy's scepter."

Uma and River turned to look at Izzy, noticing she was in the trance from the scepter, her eyes glowing red, turning back.

"Yeva," Uma said. "Ara, Mari?" Ara, Mari and Yeva looked at her. Uma nodded over to Izzy. "Does that happen a lot with Izzy?"

Ara, Mari and Yeva looked over to see Izzy with the scepter in the trance with glowing red eyes, sighing worriedly.

"More often than we would like it to," Ara answered.

"The Queen of Hearts, magic scepter, the whispers, you know?" Mari asked.

Uma and River nodded in understanding.

Yeva looked at Izzy worriedly, standing, walking closer, hearing the whispers from the scepter, reaching out to touch Izzy on the shoulder. "Hey. Izzy."
