Her head hung low with her fluffy hood pulled tightly around her neck in an attempt to keep out the harsh rain.

Her feet were tired now, the continual rain had made her leather boots heavy.
A poor choice of clothing on her part.

Thankfully, she was wearing a long enough coat to cover most of her legs so she was pretty warm.

She was looking for shelter, but she hadn't seen anything for fucking hours.

It was unusual really... she'd gone miles and miles without seeing any trees or rock formations, let alone any houses.

Hopefulness made her wonder if this time when she looked around she might see something.

Blinking the rain off her eyelashes, she saw a small huddle of trees, in what looked like an old crop field.

A small smile appeared on her lips.

Finally. She could rest.
