Marshall's POV
"I guess I won't be leaving any time soon." I smirked. The thunder roared outside sounding closer and causing Fi to jump and cling to me for protection. She suddenly got off me blushing at her childish but cute accident.
"Hah, so what do you want to do now that your stuck here?"
"Hmm, I don't know, but I am starving." Then my stomach growled as if on que.
"Yeah I am too, I think I have strawberries in the fridge." She the strutted to the fridge and pulled out the bowl of fresh sweet berries.
"Don't eat all of those we don't know how long you'll be here."
She had a point though so I set half the bowl aside.
"So Fi, are you excited for your birthday, lots of presents, the party, getting older, food, and friends." I smiled.
"I guess but, not that much."
"Well what do you want for your birthday?"
"I don't know, just show up to my party I don't want to be stuck there with Gumball, all he talks about is baking, science, and missions he wants me to do. It's stupid." She rolled her eyes, "I don't want any clothes at all, that's all Cake ever gets me and all I ever wear is this really." She looked out the window to see that the storm had gotten worse.
"Looks like you'll be staying the night here." She walked over to a shelf that held blankets, pillows, towels, ect.
"Whoa there Fionna, I haven't even took you on a date yet." I smirked, "And now good little girl insists on me to spend the night at her house." I teased and floated to her side as she set the pillow and blanket on the couch. She was Blushing firetruck red.
"Oh yet? Why yet Marsh, Hmm have a little crush on me?" She joked not blushing anymore but instead I was.
"Ummm..." I scratched my head, thinking if I should tell her now or not.
"Well." She smirked at me.
"Fine, I you must know." I sighed and her face lit up, "Yes I do." I mumbled so she couldn't hear me.
"Could you say that a little louder vampire king."
"Yes Fi." I sighed, "I have a fallen hard crush on you." She began to laugh, then realized I was serious.
"Really, your not just messing with me?"
"Of course not."
"Well how long have you liked me?"
"Well, a year or two."
"Even when I was with FP?"
"Well yeah."
"How about we watch a movie."
"Sure."
She put in heat signature and came and sat in my lap with a blanket wrapped around us. Soon she had drifted to sleep. I carried her in my arms up to her room and laid her in bed. I pulled the covers over her chest and was about to go lay on the couch to sleep.
"Marshall," I heard her sleepy voice, "Come lay with me the storm scares me." She pleaded.
"Okay Bunny." I got under the blanket with her and she cuddled up to me and rested her head on my chest.
"Marsh, I like you too." Then she slept I kissed the top of her head and said goodnight.
