-Chad-

"Are you or not dude?" I yell into the phone, slamming my dresser drawers open and closed, searching for the clothes I planned on wearing. Colin yelled back at me.

"I am. I am. Gosh." He said with a chuckle. My fingers slide to the red phone button and toss my phone onto my bed, almost making it bounce off. The drawer snaps and pulls all the way out at my forceful pull. I shake my head and set it down on the ground.

My arms slide on my plaid long sleeved shirt as I yell to my mom down the hall. "Mom! I am going out! Be back later!" Faintly, her voice could be heard over the drying machine. "Alright. Be careful honey!" I nod as if she was right next to me and walk out the door. It loudly shut behind me, startling me.

The sound of rocks filled the air as my shoes kicked them down my driveway along the distant dog barking. Colin only lived a few blocks down. I tried to hurry down the road to get this business done. On the outside, I look like an innocent kid. Dirty blond hair that is kind of long. Bright blue eyes, and I always have a smile on my face. But on the inside, I am the devil to some people.

Sooner than later, I arrived at Colin's house. The dark bricked Victorian house towered over the trees surrounding. His parents were rich and very strict, but he was adopted. So he is nothing like them. Curtains from the downstairs window closed shut, followed by the front door opening. His dark brown hair swooped down in his face. His bright blue eyes, brighter than mine, shown through.

A smile shined on my face and we began walking. "I don't know about this dude." Colin said, looking at his bright blue DC's. He seems like a tough guy, but he's a softie. He just likes to tag along with me and the other guys. I looked down the road, looking for cars.

"Why do you say that?" I said, snapping at him. "It's going to work out perfect. We will break the window and we wont get caught!" I heard, under his breathe, a sigh.

"Can't Jacob just do it? I know we can get a car and all but-" I interrupt him.

"Just be quiet alright? Were almost in town and we don't need anybody ruining our chances." It grew silent, besides our footsteps against the concrete. We lived in the middle of nowhere, but it didn't take long to get into town. Buildings appeared on the side of the road along with people smoking and talking about their day.

The coffee shop was on the corner on our right. We turned quickly at the stop light and walked into the shop. A breeze of coffee beans made its way up my nose. I couldn't stand the way coffee smelt, so I covered my nose with my sweatshirt.

Jacob and Tony sat in the back of the store, talking to each other across the table. Tony, the one facing towards us, looks in our direction and hits Jacob's arm. Jacob turns around, with the same grin he always has on his face. As we got closer to the table, Colin sits down next to Jacob. Tony scoots over for me to sit. I glide into the booth and lean over the table.

Tony lives with his father who works on cars. They live down the street from me in a shack like house just like mine. Tony's mother died from a car accident years ago. He's not that soft about it but he hates talking about it. Jacob is more like me. A bad kid. Which wasn't our choice. We both grew up together. Our fathers are best friends and grew up with thugs and bar fights. And raised us like that.

"Guys, we have to make this quick." Jacob said, looking at his watch on his left arm. "He should be in his office right now." Tony nodded and smirked.

"New car for us baby!" Tony's voice was scratchy which matched how he looked. All the three of us look at him with intense stares. He lowers his head and plays on his phone.

"So you guys ready?" I say, almost jumping out of my seat. They all follow with a "yeah". We start heading towards the door, but the manager stops us.
