ESCAPE! Fire and Flames (English Version)

Preface

Dear reader,

I don't really want to keep you here that long. But I must warn you. Because this story is different!

Okay, mystical expression aside. The otherness of this story consists essentially in the fact that I write (with the exception of prologue and epilogue) from the you-perspective, whereby the reader regards the happening directly from the view of the main character. This view is not common but not new. It is usually used for adventure stories where the reader has the choice at the end of the chapter:

If you want this, read on to page 23. If you want that, read on to page 67.

Such choices will of course not be available here. I just want to use the perspective. So tell me what you think about it. Hard criticism is also allowed here. But don't say afterwards that I didn't warn you! ;-)

Apart from this point of view, I only want to hear constructive criticism about the things I write. So, if you find a mistake or don't like an expression, I would be grateful if you could tell me right away how you would do it better. I would also be happy to get help with spelling and grammar mistakes.

And even if you have nothing to criticize, I am looking forward to your ideas and suggestions.

Oh yes, and all rights to the story lie with me, so be so kind and ask me before you use parts of it yourself.
