"She what?" Jisoo asked again, casually stealing fries from Jin's plate.

"Chae confessed to me." Jimin once again repeated. They were in the canteen and now it was a custom for the girls to sit with the Elite. Every student was in awe of how the girls got closer to the boys in just mere seconds and watched their every move from their own tables, waiting to post something on the school's group chat.

"No way." Jungkook replied, shocked. "I thought she helped you and Seulgi get back together."

"That's what I thought, as well." Jimin said.

"Does Seulgi know?" Namjoon asked.

"No, I haven't told her." Jimin answered, sighing.

"Don't." Taehyung interrupted. "It will only create a broken relationship between the two sisters."

"That's not even important." Jennie butted in, taking her seat next to Taehyung. "The question is do you like her?"

"That's a stupid question, Jen." Jungkook replied. "He has a girlfriend."

"Doesn't mean he can't have feelings for her?" Lisa sat down next to Jungkook. "It is possible."

"I... I." Jimin stuttered. "I'm not sure."

"Where is Chaeyoung?" Hoseok noticed, trying to search the food line to see if she was there.

"She wanted to be alone." Jisoo informed them. "She said she felt a bit sick, at that time I genuinely thought she was sick but I think it may have something to with the earlier confession."

"Should we go?" Jennie immediately got up.

"No, she needs to be alone." Yoongi stopped her. "Give her some time."

"Isn't that Chaeyoung over there?" Namjoon pointed out to the red-haired girl walking to the table.

Jimin's head turned up and made eye contact with the girl but as soon as their eyes met, she quickly avoided them. She didn't take her usual place beside Jimin but instead next to Jennie at the end of the table.

"Not going to eat." Jin asked, noticing the lack of food in front of her.

"Not hungry." She mumbled.

"Has anyone heard of the upcoming maths test?" Lisa tried to avert eyes off Chaeyoung and towards herself. The red haired girl was grateful.

"I did." A voice they didn't usually hear answered from behind Lisa. "It's meant to be really hard."

Lisa turned around to find the one girl she didn't even want to bother talking to.

Nancy and hiding behind her, Jooe.

"What are you doing here?" Lisa glared at her.

"Who's that, Manoban?" Her boyfriend whispered beside her.

"A world class bitch." Lisa said to him, in a loud voice so Nancy could hear it herself.

Nancy only smirked at the comment though. "Don't worry Lis, I'm not here for you."

"Don't call me that." The blonde girl warned.

"You have two minutes." Namjoon spoke calmly, his voice intimidating. "Then you're gone."

Nancy coughed her throat before smiling sweetly and pushing Jooe beside her.

"We're actually here for Jimin." She said, grinning at the boy.

"Spit it out." Jimin roughly spoke, not liking the girl one bit.

Nancy walked over and stopped right behind Chaeyoung, her hand grasping her shoulder. Jimin abruptly got up, about to shout at her to let go, before Nancy interrupted him.

"Your friend here." Nancy pointed at her. "Has been doing a little thievery."

Chaeyoung turned to her with the most confused expression. What in the world was she talking about?

"We caught her trying to steal the necklace that you were planning to give Seulgi." Nancy spilled out, the whole school now listening in. "You know how she was absent in dance class today, she was actually scavenging through your bag to get this necklace."

It was now time for Jimin's face to be confused. Chaeyoung looked at him with widened eyes but he was paying no attention to her, instead his eyes focused on the words coming out of Nancy's mouth.

"Hold on a second." Jennie forcefully removed Nancy's grip off Chaeyoung's shoulder. "She would never do a thing like that."

"I think your making lies up." Jisoo interrupted. "You have no evidence, your just wasting our time."

"Are you sure about that?" Nancy smirked. "So you wouldn't mind if Jooe search her bag then."

"What?" Lisa stormed up to her. "It's her personal belongings, you can't do that."

"Search it." Jimin's commanding voice spoke. "If she has nothing to hide, then it wouldn't be a problem."

Now it was time for Chaeyoung to stand up. Her eyes fixated on Jimin. Did he really not trust her?

Jooe grabbed the bag underneath the table and immediately began to drop all the contents on the floor, everything pouring out. Even embarrassing things like pads and tampons popped out, making the tears in Chaeyoung's eyes even more visible.

"What the fuck, Jimin?" Taehyung shouted, seeing the mess on the floor. He immediately crouched down on the floor to pick up the items as well as Jennie, Jisoo, Jin, Lisa, Hoseok and Jungkook.

"I want to see the evidence." Jimin once again voiced out.

Nancy crouched down, scavenging through the pile on the floor. Her eyes then turned to the secret pocket in the handbag. She zipped it open and inside was the silver necklace that Jimin had bought for Seulgi.

"Here it is." She smiled, waving the necklace in front of him. She placed it in his hand so Jimin could closely look at it and see if it was his. Indeed it was.

Chaeyoung was flabbergasted. How did it end up in her bag. She didn't steal it, she wasn't the type of person to.

"Jimin, I swear it wasn't me." Chaeyoung tried to stop the tears from crawling down her face. "Please, you have to believe me."

"Chaeyoung, all the evidence points to you." He warned, not calling her by her usual nickname. "No point, trying to deny it now."

"No, I swear it wasn't me." Chaeyoung cried out. "I don't know how it happened."

"It was in your bag, Chae." He shouted. "What else am I supposed to believe?"

Chaeyoung tried to calm herself down. "Do you trust me?"

Jimin paused, thinking about it carefully.

It was clear the necklace had been found in her bag. How else did it end up there. There was also a good reason for her to steal the necklace as she had just admitted her feelings to him right before class. But she wasn't a person to steal, he knew that. But he couldn't help but respond,

"No."

That was all it took for Chaeyoung to run out of the canteen, students around her scrutinising her.

She had enough.

She was done with Jimin.
