It's not very effective...
"Cyndiquil use tackle", Yelled Ethan once again.
Wild pidgey fainted.
Cyndiquil gained 70 Xp, Cyndiquil levelled up to level 6.
"Yeah level 6!", screeched Ethan
Suddenly another pokemon trainer appeared. A Marill came up to Ethan.
"Oh sorry about my pokemon, he is just likes being playful", said the girl.
"It's fine, my name is Ethan", Replied Ethan.
"My name is Lyra, I'm also another pokemon trainer in the johto region", Lyra Replied.
Ethan showed Lyra his pokemon. Lyra had a Marill.
"Would I be able to put you as a contact in my pokegear?", Ethan asked.
"Sure, let's meet up again sometime", comfortably said Lyra in a positive attitude.
Ethan began walking and he reached CherryGrove City.
"It's not much of a city...", Ethan thought too himself.
A man took Ethan on a tour telling about the pokemon centre where you can heal pokemon if they are low on health and the poke mart. Where you can by poke balls and potions.
When Ethan and the man got back to his house. The man gave Ethan his running shoes.
You received The running shoes!
Ethan started running north out of CherryGrove City.

"Cyndiquil use scratch!", Screamed Ethan.
Wild caterpie used tackle
Critical hit!
"Cyndiquil use scratch once again!", yelled Ethan.
Wild caterpie fainted.
Cyndiquil gained 16 Xp.
Ethan kept bolting north and he found mr pokemon's house.
