Loren and Eddie slowly pull apart.

When Loren got home she ran to her room, she started dancing. She immediatly called Mel.
Phone Call
Mel: Hey Lo how did your date go?
Loren: Terrible at the beggining but at the end it was perfect. Ok so first Ian said Eddie begged to come with us. So Chloe and Eddie tagged along. Then Chloe told me in the bathroom that if I dont stop flirting with Eddie shes gonna get involved. Then apparantly I didnt stop so she threw her grape juice on me. I ran out crying, then went to an alley and cried. Then this thirty something man, comes and grabbed me and threw me over his shoulder. I screamed but he covered my mouth. I bit his hand, he dropped me, called me a bitch. Then he slapped me across the face. I have a bruise ad a red mark. I went back to the restuarant to grab my purse. I ran into Eddie. He took me to this hideout. I told him the story. He conforted me, then we kissed!!!!! He gave me his number and I left!!
Mel: IM SO HAPPY YOU KISSED!!!!! But are you ok that guy didnt hurt you to bad.
Nora: LOREN RAY TATE! Get downstairs now!!!
Loren: Got to go Mel, mom wants me. Talk to you later.
Mel: Ok bye Mrs. Duran.
Phone Call ended
Nora: So you want to explain the red mark, and bruise on your face?
Lo: Mom now is not the time.
Nora: I heard your conversation with Mel, why didnt you tell me that someone hurt you!?!?
Lo: IM SORRY, I DIDNT WANT TO RELIVE THE MOMENT!!! Loren yelled while crying.
Nora: Im so sorry honey, I didnt mean to make you cry. Come here. Nora said while hugging Loren. Sweetie you know that Im just trying to protect you. I dont want you going to school tomorrow.
Lo: M-mom it'll be fine. I cant ditch school
Nora: Ok but if someone bugs you about it, you call me and Ill come get you. Ok?

Loren was almost asleep when she heard her phone go off.

Loren slowly fell asleep. The next morning. Loren were blue skinny jeans, with black flats. A blue-green blouse. Her hair was straight in a messy bun. She wore regular makeup and tried to cover the bruise and red mark. But sadly it wouldnt go away. She decided to tell people that she got hit in the face with a volleyball palying with Mel after school. She left the house and was at school by 7:30. She saw Ian and walked over to him and say hi.
Lo: Hey Ian
Ian: Hey beautiful, sorry for what Chloe did yesturday. You ok? Wait whats with the bruise and red hand print?
Loren: Im fine, the bruise and red mark is from Mel. We were playing volleyball and she hit me in the face with the ball. Then she went to hit it, but missed and instead hit me in the face. Im fine dont worry. Have you seen Eddie, we need to work on our science project today during our free period.
Ian: Hes in the library, The project isnt do for a week, why are you starting now?
Lo: So that way when were finished we have free time and don't have HW over the weekend or anything. See you later Ian I'll call you.
