You lead Gray and Zach around the Gentle Giants Petting Zoo first, you figured you'd start off with something small then ease into the really cool parts of the park. Also, Zara, a loser as always, insisted you stay in the safe areas only.

Was anywhere really safe on a volcano island full of dinosaurs?

"Lift me up. I can't see!" Demands Gray to Zach as you cruse about the park. You giggle at the boy, and the older one who rolls his eyes.

"I'm not Dad. And you're not five." Zach says, and continues walking, his stride brisk and impatient.

The younger huffs, bounding to keep up with his brother. "I can still ride the Triceratops. I'm 47-and-a-half inches." Protests Gray, holding a hand above his head to prove so.

"This place is for little kids." Zach says, crossing his arms to glare at his sibling.

"Yeah, I know." Gray looks down cast, but he instantly perks up. "Wanna go on the spinning dinosaur eggs?" He asks hopefully.

"Nope." Snaps Zach, gesturing to Gray's fanny pack he wears proudly. "Cover up your dork pouch."

"Hey." You interrupt at last, glaring at the older boy. He didn't need to be mean to his brother. "That's enough." You stop their fighting, than instantly think of an idea.

Glancing over at  Zara, who is occupied by her phone as usual, you turn back to the quarreling brothers with a wicked grin on your face.

"Want to have some real fun?" You ask the boys, smirking mischievously.

"What do you mean?" Gray asks, perplexed. Zach just looks excited.

You glance again at the brunette, who is still distracted. "Well we'll have to ditch Zara first" You answer at last.

Zach smirks too, god that smirk.

"Scatter." He says suddenley.

"What?" Says Gray, confused again.

"Go. Run. Go!" He says pushing the two of you.

And you take off running in the opposite direction of Zara, laughing, finally free from her clutches.

"The next T-Rex feeding will begin in 10 minutes." Says the announcer, repeating her self three times for all the patrons to hear.

"T-Rex! Come on, guys! Come on!" Grey shouts excitedly, wanting to see the biggest and coolest of dinosaurs. He jumps up and down in front of you and Zach, for once waiting for the two of you.

"Okay. Let's go!" You say with a smile, pulling Zach along to the enclosure.

As the three of you enter the shielded viewing platform, the announcer speaks over the intercom once again. "Parents be aware, this show may be disturbing for smaller children." The feedings always got pretty graphic.

And so the T-Rex devours her lunch, a poor goat, as people watch excitedly cheering. Gray pushes through to have a front row look, you have watched this plenty of times, so you stick to the back with Zach, allowing the tourists to get the best view.

Through the loud cheering, Zach's phone rings loudly. He steps step back from you a little, Taking a deep breath before answering. You looks back at him, with a slight, kind smile. An almost reassuring smile.
