(your point of view)

"We're not gonna get any closer if we're riding this thing." I say, looking at my dad.

He nods in agreement,. "You should stop here." He tells Wheatley.

"Pull up! Move out. Look alive. Stay alive." He shouts at his men as everyone exits the truck.

"We got your back, brother." Wheatley smacks my dad on the back, my dad shoots him a glare.

"Yeah. Claire, I'm gonna have to track for a moment. I'll need you to be my eyes if she runs. Copy?" my dad speaks through his walkie talkie.

"Copy that." chirps Claire.

"Wheatley, wait for my signal." my dad tells him, almost threateningly.

I follow closely behind my dad through the jungle, my gun clutched tightly in my hand. we stop in a clearing where there is rustling in the bushes in front of us.

We step back a little, expecting Blue to pop out, but instead its only a couple Compsognathuses.

I watch them scurry quickly to the other side of the clearing, then something bigger jumps out from the bushes.

"There you are. Hey, Girl." My dad says to Blue, she makes a noise in the back of her throat.

"You miss me?" He askes her, she looks at us curiously. I can tell she recognizes us.

She looks like she might leap at us. "Easy. Hey! Hey." my dad says, "I brought you something." he holds out a treat, ones we used to feed the Velociraptors al the time.

"There you go." My dad tosses it. Blue just watches as it bounces to the ground in front of her, she doesn't eat it.

"That's right. Okay. You know me. Eyes on me. You know me. That's right. That's right." He coaxes her closer. His hand almost touches her snout when a net shoots out of the trees and wraps it's self around her face.

"Hold your fire!" I screech as Wheatley and his men circle.

"Hold your.... I told you to wait for my signal!" My dad shouts as well.

"Back your men off, right now." I demand, staring at Wheatley with fire in my eyes.

Blue jumps infront of my dad and I, as if protecting us from the other men. she jumps on one man who has his gun aimed at us.

the man tries to fight back, Blue sinks her sharp talons into his face. hHe pulls his gun out and shoots her in the side. It's pointless, he's already done for.

"No, don't shoot her!" I shout, but it's too late. The bullet pierces her side, and she falls to the ground as the others shoot her with tranquilizers.

"Wheatley, you son of a bitch!" My dad lunges at Wheatley, Wheatley shoots him with a tranquilizer.

my dad falls to the ground in a heap.

"Dad!" I shout, and rush t his side, removing the needle.

zia rushs into the clearing. "Owen!" she exlaims, kneeling down beside me.

"What are you doing?" she asked Wheatley, his men are moving Blue out. "Owen." Zia shakes my dad's arm, as if he'll wake up.

I get up, clutching my gun. "You bastard!" I aim my gun at Wheatly, but before I can shoot, one of his men hits me on th eback of the head with the butt of his gun.

I drop to the forest floor beside my dad, my breath is knocked right out in me. Black spots dance at the edge of my vision. I can't sit up, I can barely breathe.
