"What happened!?" Deku yelled,
"I-I just-... fell! I fell is all."
"Was it your sister wasn't it?"
"...yes." I said, guilty,"I bumped into someone I knew on the way home and he lives right next to my old house and I told him about not thinking and he thought we could talk to them and Shiro came out and punched me!"
"She only punched you? Usually she does worse..." Inko joined the conversation,
"Oh yeah... she also threw me into the road..."
"SHE THREW YOU INTO THE ROAD!?" They yelled at the same time,
"Into oncoming traffic..."
Deku fell over, "Deku are you okay!?" I squealed.
"Ow-" I winced as Inko put an eye patch over some of the large bruise, "you need to be more carful to avoid that girl... She's nothing but trouble I'm telling you!" She politely said in a soothing voice,
"I-I know... And I'm trying but it seems like shes everywhere I go..." I thought buck on all the times I bumped into her over the summer, "maybe she's doing it on purpose..." I thought out loud.
"There." Inko had finished with the eye patch, "you're too nice to me..."
"Anything for my daughter." I froze,
"D-Dau- you called me- I-I.. " I stuttered trying to get the words out, "y-you consider me your daughter!?" I've never met anyone nicer then these two wonderful people, no wonder their related.
"Mmhm!" She hummed happily, I felt a tear stream down my face and embraced her in a bone crushing hug, "thanks..."
I happily sat on the couch and listened to the news. It was talking about the weather. It's gonna be sunny for awhile! After a while I got bored of the news so I decided to go to the park. I walked into dekus room and got my shoes. Dekus was taking a nap in his chair. He must've fell asleep watching something. I skipped to the kitchen where Inko was washing dishes, "I'm gonna go to the park okay?" I asked while putting my shoes on. She hummed a 'yes' and I walked to the door.
I skipped through the park with a huge goofy grin plastered on my features. My (h/l) (h/c) hair was let down whereas I normally have it in a messy bun sitting on my head. My glazed over (e/c) eyes were shining brightly as I slowed to a walk.
I turned of the sidewalk that runs through the park and found a tree. Despite being blind I always found climbing trees as a pass time. I gripped a sturdy branch and started climbing.
I was near the top and found a few branches I could sit on. From the way the bark and flowers it was a cherry blossom tree. It was so peaceful I think I could fall asleep. My body felt lighter as I drifted off to sleep.
I woke up to something tickling my nose, then felt its dust coated wings graze my cheeks. I swatted the butterfly away and it landed on top of my head. I sighed and heard someone talking below me. Then I remembered I was in a tree. I squealed and fell out of the cherry blossom.
Luckily for me someone broke my fall.
Not so lucky for them tough.
"OH MY LORD ARE YOU OKAY!?" I squeaked,
"Y-yeah I'm fine... " They muttered,
"I'm so so so so sorry!!"
"It's fine... Why were you in a tree anyway?"
"I- umm... I just like climbing, but, I can't much because I'm blind..."
"Oh... Wait, your blind? "
"Yeah..."
"By the way what time is it? "
She paused for a moment looking down at her phone, "it's 4:30."
"Okay... I wasn't asleep for very long at all. "
"You were asleep..? In a tree...? "
"Yes."
She started giggling uncontrollably and rolled around in the grass. i don't see whats so funny. I cut her off by asking, "if you don't mind me asking who was that you were talking to?" She calmed herself down and answered, "Oh, that was my dad. We were talking about my letter from U.A... They said we should be getting the letters any day now..." 'That's right! We should be getting them soon...' I thought.
"I'm trying to get into U.A too! "
"And your not worried at all!? "
"I never really expected to get in any ways. I'd be fine either way! " I said optimistically.
Her phone buzzed and she looked down then back at me, "I'm sorry to cut this short but I really have to go! My letter came in!! " She said seeming a lot happier then just a few minutes before. She ran off and I went the opposite direction to go home. I happily skipped down the sidewalk on my way home.
A/N: Oh my Lord this is the shortest chapter I've ever written wtf. Ran out of inspiration mid way through, oof.
