Rods: in order for the user to use Rods, they have to have rods in their face, this allows the user to grow, mold, and use the rod/rods how they would like, (Ex: eyebrow rod could be a metal rod), the rods are often mistook as piercings:

Quirk control on a scale of one to ten, one being the worst ten being the best:
Almighty Push: seven out of ten
Rods: nine out of ten
Illusion: five out of ten
Quirk drawbacks:
Rennigan: Almighty Push: can only push a certain amount of weight away, (two grown man's weight), if user pushes too much weight could break arms, wrists, and fingers, if used too much it gives the user cramps in their arms, wrists, and fingers
Rennigan: Rods: user has to have rods in face/body in at all times in order for Rods to work, makes the user loose blood if pulled out too fast, Rods gives the user exhaustian
Sharingan: user had to be sitting down on the floor criss crossed, the user has to make eye contact with the opponent in the last five minutes, if the one in the illusion gets injured outside the illusion, they will automatically be released from the illusion, (Ex: if one is put in a illusion, and they stub their toe, they will be released from the illousin), the user can only use this on one person at a time, the user cannot attack them while they are in the illusion, the opponent can not get hurt while in the illusion, user has to watch horror movies so they have something to have their opponents go into, the user's Quirk only works on humans
Drawback: All of the above: using any of these moves can cause bleeding eyes, dry eyes, and/or temporary blindness
Looks: has mid back black hair, usually put in a high ponytail, a body like Urakara and Momo combined, if her hair is not in a high ponytail it is down or in a low ponytail (like Itachi), has about five ear rods on both ears, three eyebrow rods for each ear, snake bites, also has rods on arms and calves, is seen wearing black (most of the time), is always seen with a black jacket with a Sharingan eye on it, has black headband on Sharingan eye, stopping it from use, and from vision
Personality: emotionless, gets bored easily, intelligent, cusses depending on how they feel, doesn't get effected by emotions (Ex: if she was watching a sad movie, she wouldn't cry or get effected as much) if she does get effected enough by emotions then she will cry,
Background: Yoru's father had gotten Yoru's mother pregnant, resulting in Yoru being born. While Yoru was being born, Yoru's mother had died during pregnancy. The father took care of Yoru for a while, gave her a jacket (the Sharingan one), then gave her to his adoptive brother Pein, then went missing. After a couple months, Yoru had found a body in a ditch near her house. Pein never told Yoru that the person she found in the ditch, was her father. When Yoru was eleven years old, she was eating a stick of Dango, while she was messing around with the left- over stick, she saw a spider, got scared and poked herself in the eye, having her loose one of her Sharingan eyes. She gained the Rinnegan when fighting one of Pein's blood relative, and in result, Pein had rewarded her with an eye of the enemy.
