"LEAVE THEM ALONE HOCKSTETTER."

Clementine Montgomery murmured, nudging the tall boy in the side to bring his attention away from the group of boys that just walked past them.

"Come on Montgomery, it's just a bit of fun no need to get so butt hurt about it," came the older boys reply as he wrapped an arm around the blonde's shoulders. Clementine just rolled her eyes and shrugged his arm off not liking the attention he showed her, the action causing Victor Criss to snort out laughter at the continuous rejection he witnessed yet again.

"Shut it, Criss," Patrick snapped

The blonde shared a grin with Victor at Patrick's childish attitude before both tuning back into what Henry Bowers was saying, "Those little shits better watch what they are doing this summer. I swear to go I'm gonna back their brains in."

"What do you even have against them?" Clementine questioned him

"You should think yourself lucky I like you or you would be going down with them," Bowers sneered while looking down at her. The small brown-haired girl who stood under his arm slapped his chest lightly at the comment, Chloe Fowler not liking the sight of her boyfriend threatening her best friend.

"How gracious of you." Clementine snarkily replied rolling her eyes yet again.

As Henry went back to planning the ways he was going to 'bash their brains in' Clementine Montgomery watched the now bustling hallway. The atmosphere in the school was light since it was now officially summer and everyone was excited about the break, so when Greta Keene stormed towards the girl's bathroom down the hall Clementine knew something was going on.

Her interest now peaked she excused herself from the group surrounding her and made her way down the hall, towards the bathroom she watched Greta enter.

"- I know you're in there, little shit. I can smell you not wonder why you don't have any friends." Clementine entered the room and watched as Greta continued to shout insults into one of the cubicles while another girl started to fill the trash bag up with water.

"What is it, Greta?" Beverly Marsh's voice came from inside the cubical "Am I a slut or a little shit? Make up your mind."

"What's going on?" Clementine stepped in, frowning as her eyes flickered to each person

"Clementine," Greta greeted with a smirk on her face "Just showing Beverly that she's trash, just to remind her."

"Wha-" Clementine saw one of the other girls begin to drag the now water-filled bag of trash into the cubical next to Beverly's "Beverly, watch out!"

Seconds later the girl dropped the bag into the cubical, the smell instantly filling up the room "Well at last now you'll smell better," Greta laughed "Let's go, girls. Have a nice summer, Bever'-ly"

As the group disappeared from the room Clementine stepped further in, knocking on the cubical door gently "Beverly, are you okay? Wait, that's a stupid question. I mean I have some spare clothes in my locker if you need them, I'm sure they will fit."

The door clicked open and Clementine stepped back leaving room for the girl to step out, taking in her appearance it seemed that her bag had taken most of the water and her dress was relatively dry.

"I'll be fine." the redhead sighed, "I'm gonna need a new bag though."

Clementine laughed softly "I'm sorry about Greta."

Beverly shook her head "Don't worry, I'm used to it."

The blonde smiled sadly "If you're okay I should get going before I get left behind."

"Thank you - you know - for the warning."

"It's the least I could do. I'll see you around, Beverly."

Stepping out from the school building Clementine scanned for the car amongst the mass of people but she finally spotted it she confused to find only Victor and Chloe sat in it with no sign of the rest of the group.

"You s-s-suck Bowers," she suddenly heard a voice exclaim angrily beside her, turning her head she saw the group of boys earlier, the self-proclaimed 'Losers Club', standing opposite Bowers with Belch Huggins and Patrick beside them.

"You s-s-say something, B-b-b-billy?" Henry mocked, stepping closer to the boy "You got a free ride this year because of your little brother, but rides over Denbrough."

Henry paused, looking over Bill's shoulder to where his dad stood

"This summer is gonna be a hurt train. For you and your faggot friends."

"Bowers," Clementine warned, announcing her presence.

The boy looked towards her and grinned maliciously before licking his hand and wiping it against Bill Denbrough's face, Patrick and Belch cackling behind him before walking to meet Victor and Chloe in the car.

"Are you guys okay?" Clementine asked once the boys had left, stepping towards the group her age who were looking towards the car with wide eyes.

"We're fine, Clementine." Stanley Uris smiled kindly, turning his attention to her "Thank you."

"Wish he'd go missing," Richie Tozier spoke up, Stan nudged him glancing towards the blonde girl who still stood there but ultimately getting ignored

"He's probably the one doing it," Eddie replied

"Eddie," Stan snapped at the boy before turning towards Clementine" Sorry, I know he's your friend bu-"

"He's not my friend." She cut him off quickly, before looking at the car and muttering "To be fair I wouldn't be surprised either."

She smiled at the group and walked away, jumping into the back seat of the car and leaving the group of losers to stare at it as they sped away

"I don't get that girl," Eddie announced, turning to his friends once the car had disappeared "She's too nice for them."

"Doesn't make her any less hot though." Richie chimed with a grin.
