A Vampire's love~

CHAPTER 4

    " W-what?! " Rose asked, startled by his declaration. " I-I'm just saying! " Eris said holding his hands up as if to stop a punch. She just stared at him and blinked, registering the words. " I, um, t-thank you! " Rose studered out, a small grin on her face. " W-whatever... " Eris responded, turning from her to hide his bright red cheeks.

   " We are almost there. " The Male said, glancing back at Rose. Eris lead her to a small, quaint house where a garden grew. As Eris unlocked the door he spoke softly, " I know you probably dont want to be stuck in that torn up dress all night. I'll get you a shirt. " He said glancing back to see what she was doing.

   Rose stood behind him shivering slightly from the still chilling air. Eris opened the door and let her in. She looked at him and smiled gratefully. " Thank you so much. I don't know what I did to deserve this kindness. " The black haired girl said bowing her head gratefully. Eris smiled softly at her. " You were in trouble. Who would I be to just walk away from what was happening. I'd be no better that those men. " He said softly.

   " The bathroom is on the right, down that hall. I will go get you a shirt and some shorts. You will probably have to tie the shorts up though... " Eris said while pointing twards the hall. He continued walking down to his room and soon reappeared with the clothes in hand. " Thank you, Eris... " Rose said looking down, smiling softly.

  Eris smiled softly at her and handed her the clothes. " Just try not to use up all of my hot water.... Or my water lilly shampoo. " He said after a moment's thought. " Ok, I won't. " Rose said smiling brightly at him then walked to the shower, black hair waving.

    Eris had just settled down on the couch after evaluating what he had in the fridge for humans to eat. He had tried some foods but found that foods with stronger than normal odors he couldn't eat. Because of a Vampire's extremely sensitive nose the smell would be so overwhelming that many throw up. Eris had found out he highly, highly, disliked anything with garlic or onions on it. Any type it didn't matter.

   " A shower feels so good after what happened... " Rose said softly, snapping him out of his thoughts. She was still in the bathroom, so he could not see her. After she had finished tying her hair up she stepped out not knowing how he would react.

   Eris stared and blinked a few times, his mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water. Because there standing infront of him was the girl he had saved with just his shirt, which came to about a hand above her knee, and her stockings on. Then and there Eris promptly blushed like a tomatoe.
