Valiant- FPID volume one

The stakes were high now. The ritual was happening tonight and they still didn't know where. The brightside is that Rochelle, Alison and Dakota are all awake. They had been updated on the situation once they were awake. It's one p.m. and the four main heroes were in the lab brainstorming. Tate suggested "Are there any files or books that tell us where all of the documented portals to the darkside are? The FPID have Dealt with Threats from the darkside for so long so there has to be more than the books I have checked out"

Dr Clarisse began bitting on her nails "well we do have a map of known locations that are connected with that side. But there are a hundred of them and we don't have enough time to check them all"

Dakota suggested "I think I could teleport to them. We could get livia to portal to the different locations as well to check them. There has to be more we can do"

Dr Clarisse shook her head "no it's too dangerous. You don't have exact control over that yet"

Dakota told her with his chest puffed out "with all do respect doctor. I don't care. We need to find him and we don't have time to wait till he starts the ritual"

Everyone in the room could feel how Dakota needed to do this so Dr Clarisse pulled up the map on her computer and printed out two of them. One for Dakota and one for livia. Dakota went and informed livia her only reaction was "ok. Rea come with me?" She opened her portal to the first spot and Rea jumped through it with her and petunia in her arms. Dakota thought hard about his first spot on the map and with a flash of green light, he was gone.

Alison stayed quiet through that entire conversation. She didn't like thinking about her past but that flashback and being in a cell has brought back all of her emotions of back then. She was so pissed off now. She left the lab wothout saying a word and went to the training room on the fourth floor. She needed to hit things.

Dr Clarisse said while looking at small trackers as they blinked to each of their locations "well anyone else have any ideas while they do that and the computer is tracking for major supernatrual occurrences?"

Rochelle told her while looking at Galushis frozen body "well I don't think I'll be much help there. I am going to go take my mothers advice and believe in myself, try and contact any spirits to see if I can get any info on Sangius or figure out how to bring dead things back to life"

She stepped away to go find a quiet spot to concentrate. She thought she would try meditating first before she started...

Let's pull our attention to sangius. A lime green portal opens at stonehenge and sangius and grey steps out. It's one of the many places that has a portal that goes into the deadside. Its portal connection is the strongest out of any of the locations. Sangius and grey looked around for the underground entrance.
They finally found it. A rock that seemed misplaced at stonehenge was lifted with telekinesis and there was a tunnel underneath it. They both made their way down an old rusted ladder and got to the bottom there led a long tunnel into a sacred ruin that was underneath it. The secret ruins is a giant circular stone room with collums of stone holding it up all around the edges. Near the middle of the room is a stone alter of where you would put the body of a sacrifice. The rooms ceiling was atleast ten stories high. They had walked into the room and the rooms torches lit up as if it were welcoming them. As they reached the alter Sangius opened a portal above the alter and let Sandrias body float down and land gradually on the ancient stone. Sangius smiled "it's almost time"

As he smiled and began laughing four security guards ran into the room and pointed rifles at Sangius and Grey. Sangius laughed harder and told his disciple "handle them but not in here. Take them into the hallway"
Grey smirked "as you wish master" Agent Grey didn't even have to move his hands. The guns flew from the mens arms. The men still kept their orders. They charged Grey but again all He did was think about pushing them into the hallway. They were lifted into the air and thrown back into the hallway. Now realizing that they were dealing with supernatrual beings. they began to try and get up and run back to the ladder. Agent Grey floated himself into the hallway, once he saw they were trying to get away he thought about their heads just getting cut off and it happened. All four men just dead on the ground with their heads away from their boddies. blood was everywhere. The scrawny moustache wearing men didn't even stand a chance.

We head back to our heroes now. Dr Clarisse kept checking the map as the blinkers went from one spot to another. She made sure nothing happened to livia and Dakota. She had also been working on something else in her lab. It was a serum that was supposed to make people activated psiots and if a psiot took it then would get a major power upgrade and also change their DNA to part supernatrual. She thought about giving herself the serum but knew it was a bad idea because it was untested on humans. She had been able to test it on psiot DNA strands. She thought about it more but instead wanted to give it to dakota. She saw how low powered he was the day before and they all need to be at equal strength if they were going to beat Sangius. She called him down to her lab over an intercom she had in her lab. He walked into the sliding metal door and sat at the table she was at "what is it doc?"

He saw her holding a glass tube with a white glowing liquid in it. She told him "drink this" she shoved the tube towards him.
"What is it?"
She told him "it's a serum that makes psiots more powerful. I synthesized it off of all four of your teams DNA. It will rewrite your DNA making you into a hybrid of a psiot and someone who has a supernatrual descent"

He squinted at it "I don't know doc. It doesn't sound safe"

She assured him "its safe. I have already tested it on the spare DNA samples I got from you 4"

He nodded his head "ok. I trust you doc" he drank the white glowing serum and let it all settle into his body.
He felt kind of weird on the inside but it didn't hurt. She sat him down and began questioning him on he how felt and took his vitals and other stuff.

While that was going on Rochelle was outside in the garden. She was anxiously trying to call on the spirits to guide her. She tried so hard to call out to just one. She had never done it on purpose before but knew she could. Her mom said she could do anything she wanted as long as she believed. Rochelle soon trailed off thinking about Sandria and then also remembering the little girl. She had saw that day at the college. She smiled remembering the flowery dress. Soon after this she had drifted into a dark spot now. Her mind was with the spirits and her body still out in the garden. The little girl came up to Rochelle she smiled and got on one knee to match the girls height "hello again. I guess this means I summoned you"
"You need help?" The little girl said while looking grim with pale skin
Rochelle nodded "yes. Spirits have given me visions of the future before. Could you?"
The little girl took Rochelle's hand in hers and said "follow me"
Rochelle agreed and let the little girl pull her into the darkness. The scene began to shift into stonehenge. There was loud screaming and it sounded like over a thousand people in pain. A huge plume of lime green energy shot into the sky out of the middle of stonehenge. The green energy turned into a portal into the sky and a million demons began flying out of it as giant beast otherwise known as loa entered earth. The little girl pointed to the rock that had been moved and revealed a tunnel "there. go there or the world will be taken over"

Rochelle was horrified she then snapped awake back into the garden. She had felt like she had a dream but also felt like it could be real. She knew it was a future foresight for them to stop....
