I don’t know if you’ve realised this but this has over 4000 reads and is #352 in general fiction. I am so happy. Thank you all for reading and supporting this book. A lot of people have PM me telling me to update. I am so sorry but I have end of the year exams coming up in a week so I have to study.
This chapter is dedicated to the first five commenters. Thanks for all your comments.

Same thing applies for this chapter. First five comments get a dedication. But it must NOT be something like ‘Update please’. I am really looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
Make sure to check out my other books. Enjoy!
Pic of Nile on the side
Luana’s POV
As I exited his office, I had mixed emotions. On one hand, I was totally relieved because I hadn’t lost my job. However, I was also spitting mad. Who the hell does he think he is, telling me that I am his. On my first day of the job and he treats me like I’m his property. It’s going to be so hard, working for this infuriating yet annoyingly sexy man.
I quickly remembered that I had to meet Lisa, the receptionist, so I took the elevator to the bottom floor. The elevator was about to close but someone from the inside held it open for me. I looked to see one of the cutest guys with the most adorable smile directed at me. What did they do in this place, hire the sexiest and most adorable people on earth?
‘Hey, sorry’ I apologised
‘It’s ok. It’s not every day you get to hold the elevator door for the most beautiful person in the world’ he said with a smirk. I blushed furiously
‘That was so cliché’ I said
‘Maybe you need a little cliché in your life. Preferably in the form of the guy who just held the elevator door for you. My name is Nile btw.’
‘You are a massive flirt. And I’m Luana’ I said incredulously
‘And I am proud to be a flirt. So, dinner tonight, 7.30. Don’t be late’
The elevator opened and he walked out confidently
‘Hey, I didn’t say yes, you just can’t just assume….’I was cut off by him
‘Of course you didn’t say it. But you were about to. Not one girl has rejected me and you are not going to be the first. So 7.30. Wear something formal’ and with a wink, he was gone
I swear, men here have no respect for women. But he is so cute. I can’t stand him up. I do have manners
I finally arrived at the bottom floor. I looked at Lisa looking sad. Seeing the look on my face, she looked at me sympathetically.
‘Are you ok? It’s so sad that you got fired. I was actually starting to like you’ she said looking genuinely sad
‘Well you can’t get rid of me that easily’ I said letting me smile break out. She finally got the message and we both squealed and hugged each other
It was so weird because we had just met but we clicked perfectly. I could see us becoming really great friends
‘You’re so lucky. I really thought you were gone for good. What did you say to convince him?’ she asked curiously
