Anyway, as of now, here are the updates about the Spider-Man issue:
- Mike Sutton, a reliable Marvel source, has claimed that Sony and Disney are still in negotiations despite the Sony CEO saying that "the door was closed on Spider-Man rejoining the MCU".
- Reportedly, Tom Holland cannot say anything about the problem, because it could "disrupt further negotiations".
- Apple is looking to buy Sony. If this happens, according to documents shown, the rights to Spider-Man immediately revert back to Marvel.
- Here are the rumors: 1. Sony offered Disney a fair deal that would have Spider-Man rejoin the MCU, and Venom would tag along.
2. Disney offered Sony 10 billion dollars to buy Spider-Man back.
Not sure which one is true, but they both make sense. That's it as of now.
