Euphoria 》 Angus Cloud

Chapter 1

Author's Note: Basically this gonna be based on Angus Cloud (aka Fezco) and loosely around the show lol wanted to try something different so here it is. Sorry for the bad cover. It's probably gonna stay like that until I can get someone or something to make it better. So bear with me for now lmao. After this, go vote and comment and whatnot so I can keep making these for you guys. So... here it is...

Cassidy.

"Cassidy!" 

"Hm" I mumble into my pillow with my eyes closed, not wanting to get up. 

"Wake up, it's time!" Destiny, my best friend, said as she continuously jumped on top of me. 

"For?" I looked at her groggily sitting up on one shoulder. I grabbed my phone from my nightstand to check the time and we're in the asscrack of the morning at 9 AM. Don't get me wrong, I'm excited but who or what in God's name scheduled auditions this early?

"Your audition bitch! Get up!" she said shaking my shoulders once more. 

"Oh" I looked back down into my pillow thinking… 

What in the hell?

"Alright, uh, give me 10 minutes" I sighed. I threw the covers off of me and trudged my way to the bathroom. I rub my face to wake me up even more because there's nothing like into an important ass audition looking extremely tired.

Now it being 10:30, I checked into my audition that starts at 11 and sat down in one of the chairs that is surprisingly comfortable. If there's one thing I took away from not only acting school but life in general is that to be early is to be on time, to be on time is to be late, and being late is UNACCEPTABLE. 

Twenty minutes later into memorizing my lines and my nervousness starts to kick in. My leg starts to shake as I start to look around the room. Ten minutes couldn't go by any slower. I just wanna get out of here and forget about this. 

All of a sudden my name gets called. 

"Cassidy Holmes!" 

Here we go. 

I stood up script in hand and twirled a strand of my hair between my fingers. I took a deep breath as I followed the representative into the audition room. On my way, I notice a red-headed dude just chilling. Time seemed to slow down as we locked eyes and only seemed to speed back up when the door was closed behind me. Was it me or the door seemed unusually loud? As the lady goes to sit down, I follow to stand in the light facing the camera. 

"Hi, my name is Cassidy Holmes and I am auditioning for the part of Kayla Williams in Euphoria." 

Here goes nothing…

"Thank you! We'll be in touch to tell you if you got the part." the representative smiled at me. 

"Alright, thank you guys." I smiled back. 

That could not have gone any worse. 

Sighing with discontent, I sat on the steps in front of the building and decided to Destiny. 

"Girl where are you? I'm done with my audition and I'm waiting outside." I said into my Facetime with Des. 

"Oof girl I got hungry and went to Chipotle and now I may have the bubble guts" she said laughing and rubbing her stomach. 

"Des I swear if you shit in my car-" I squinted at her.

That may have sounded a little bit nasty but knowing this girl I put nothing past her. Don't let me get started on her drunken nights. 

"I make no promises bestie" she blew a kiss at me. 

"Girl just hurry your ass up. I'm tired and ready to get back in bed."  

Boop. Boop. Boop. 

I ended the call and looked up to see the same red-headed guy from earlier casually strolling with a blunt in his mouth and phone in his hand. Then just like that, he disappears again. 

Hm. 

My black SUV pulls up and down rolls the window revealing my best friend. 

"So how was it?" she said excitedly turning the radio off. 

I blew out air as I opened the door to the driver's seat. 

"Girl, out." 

"Why?" Des pouted. 

"Because it's my car and I say so now get." I said shooing her to the passenger's side. 

"Now to answer your question, it was a disgrace and I wanna forget about it honestly" I chuckled. 

"Well" Des started to say as she put her feet up on the dashboard and got comfortable. 

"You never really know. What if you killed it and they really liked you?" She said looking at me. 

"One can only dream" I laughed as I sat back and continued the convo with my best friend. She really knows how to get me out of my own head and I love her for that. 

"I am starving. Wanna get something to eat?" I glanced at Des as I focused on the road. I really cannot afford to crash. 

"Girl you talking to me. I'm always hungry. Indian food here we come." she said as she raised her arms to do the jazz hands. 

"Lord what am I gonna do with you" I said as I pulled into our favorite Indian food spot. 

"Nothing because you love me" she hugged me kissing my cheek. 

"Sigh. Unfortunately." I laughed. 

"Fuck you bitch" she gave me the middle finger. 

I lightly shoved her to the side as we laughed and opened the door. 

Euphoria. Plot seemed interesting. 

I just hope I get the part.
