Izuku midoryia another quirk of his is called atom his quirk allows him to change solid things into smoke, liquid things into solid things and smoke into liquid. (Idk if that makes sense what I'm trying to say is he can change the structure of an item like turning water into bricks or something like that)

Shoto POV

Did he really just call me gay. Oh I'll show him "go to hell you stupid villain" oh that's how we're gonna be huh well sorry kid not today I'm not in the mood to fight someone like you" "what do you mean someone like me" I hissed "Well I can tell you think your better than everyone here" omg this villain Is so annoying I'm gonna get him right now. Izuku POV

That little brat he's just rushing straight into battle without knowing anything about his opponent "how fucking stupid is he" "deku what the hell are you talking about?" Dabi questioned "just this hottie at the USJ, he had a scar on his face" "you mean my brother Todoroki?"
