♡Hospital♡

3:08 am
I could feel my eyes flutter open but all I saw was blurriness. I could tell I was laying down in a bed where I could hear sudden beeping. I looked around trying to figure out where I am and what happened until my sight started to clear up. I looked to my right and saw a familiar face.
"Daniel?" I barely whispered. He looked at me and smiled.
"You're awake."
"What happened?" I look in front of me to see four boys fast asleep.
"You got into a car accident."
"Oh," I said closing my eyes once again. I felt a sudden shock on the side of my head.
"Ah!" I hissed sitting up right.
"Careful, I think you hit your head on the window and then it started bleeding," he said. I nodded my head while adjusting the bandaid. "I should go get a doctor."

  He left the room leaving me with the four sleeping boys. I watched them as they slumbered, when I noticed 2 people weren't there. The door opened and Daniel came in with a nurse. "D-daniel where's Elle?" I started. "Oh my gosh, is she hurt? Is she okay?"
"She's fine, Christina and Elle went to go get some food from downstairs," he assured me. "The car that crashed into you came charging at you from the side, it didn't hit the back where Elle was sitting," he said. I let out a sigh of relief, knowing she was okay.
"You're awake!" Zach said rubbing his eyes. The boys all awakened from their slumber and came over to the bed to hug me. "I'll go get a nurse," Corbyn said. "Jack and I'll go get Christina and Elle," Zach said. Jonah looked at Daniel and back at me. "Well i'm gonna go get some coffee," he said leaving me and Daniel in the room. We looked at each other and back at each other multiple times. Soon, the nurse came in.

She looked at her clipboard and back at me. She told me that i didn't get any serious injuries. The bruise on my head was probably from banging it on the car window. She left the room once again, leaving me with Daniel.
"S-sorry about earlier," Daniel said. "Sorry about going off on you," I smiled, holding his hand. He looked at me, then back at the ground. It was awkward but, knowing everything was not as terrible between us made it worth it.

We waited for a while until the nurse let me go. Daniel helps me walk out of the room because my body is still sore. I wrapped my arm around his neck while he held on to one side of my waist. We made it out the door and into the hallway. I didn't say anything besides the small giggles escaping my mouth after stepping on his foot or almost falling over. He laughed almost every time I tripped on my own feet. Almost half way down the hall way, I saw a familiar little girl staring back at me. Her face lit up with excitement. Elle ran straight towards me as I let go of Daniel, not caring if I fall or not.  I fell on my knees as Elle hugged me tight. I kissed her head as she held on to my neck.

3:58am
We all squeezed into the car because mine had to be repaired. I sat in between Daniel and Jack in the back, while Elle sat in my lap. Zach and Christina sat in the back, while Corbyn and Jonah sat in the front.

We made it back to the Why Don't We house about 15 minutes later. Elle was fast asleep. Corbyn dropped off the boys at the house along with Christina she hugged me and kissed Elle of the four head and left.
"I'm gonna go get some water and I'll come back after," Corbyn said as he walked out of the car. Daniel kissed Elle on the head. He looked at me and smiled. He opened the car door jumped out.
"Daniel, wait."
He stopped "Yeah what's up?"
"W-what are we gonna do about Elle?"
"What do you mean?" he asked getting closer to the car. "What are we gonna tell the fans?"
"I-I don't know." he whispered. "Just get some rest, we'll talk about it tomorrow though." He gave me that warm smile and closed the door. Damn I hated that smile. I hated that smile because it was a lie. Or was it?

Corbyn came back to the car a little while later.
"I didn't know 'getting water' would take so long," I said sarcastically. He rolled his eyes and started driving me home.
"I saw you and Daniel talking and I didn't want to interrupt." I scoffed at his reply.
"So you were eavesdropping?"
"Nooo not at all," he said. "Let me guess, Christina was 'watching us talk and not wanting to interrupt' with you?"
He rolled his eyes once again. I giggled at his childish behavior.

We arrived arrived at my apartment about 10 minutes later, since it was super close to the Why Don't We house. I carried Elle to the door as she slept on my shoulder. The night was quite and the sky was darker thank usual. I got out my key from my purse which was hanging a little bellow my waist. I twisted the key into the lock until it stopped. The door swung open, revealing my apartment. As soon as we both walked in, I released Elle from my arms and laid her onto the couch.
"Bye Clare," Corbyn said, hugging me tight.
"Chill, I'll visit you tomorrow." I giggled.
"I know, just be careful."
With that, he left and it was just me and Elle. Again..

  I watched as my 1 year old stumbled down the hall. Distant giggles filled the air.
"Almost there baby!" I motioned my hands for her to come. Elle had just started walking about a couple months ago so she's still a little new at it. She came over to me and held my hand. It was just Elle and I. This is my daughter. Sometimes it just hits me out of no where. I'm an 18 year old with a daughter..but no boyfriend. All that matters though  is that we're together.

  We were just about to head out to In-N-Out to grab some food.

  While we were in the car we were jamming out to the radio when Trust Fund Baby came on. My eyes widened when I heard Daniels voice.
"Who's thad mama?" Elle asked.
"Uhh I- umm," I stammered. "Umm that's uncle Corbyn's band baby."
"Whas a ban?"
I giggled at her improper english.
"A band is a group of people who sing."
"Oh."

  We got to In-N-Out not much longer. As we walked in there were 5 familiar boys standing a few feet away from us. I squinted my eyes trying to figure out who they were. I gasped looking at the blue eyed brunette (at that time at least😉). Is this it? Am i going to have to tell Daniel about Elle? I'm not ready. With these thoughts rushing through my head, I picked up Elle and ran through the door. The people that saw me probably thought I was crazy, but all that mattered was that the boys didn't.

  I carried Elle to my bed. I laid her down and watched her beautiful, yet small, face. I kissed her cheek and slightly shut the door. I wasn't tired so I decided to go stand at the small balcony outside of the apartment. There's basically a balcony on where my apartment and the one across from mine meet. I looked at the sky and back down at the city. I sighed and rested my head on my hand. When will my life be not so complicated?

And everything went black for the second time that day..
