*BEEP BEEP*

I rolled over in my bed and turned my alarm clock off. Today was my first day at my new school. I wasn't excited. I got up and picked out an outfit before going into the bathroom.

I took a shower, got dressed, and went downstairs. My mom was on a work trip, so I would be home alone for about a month. I got something to eat and finished getting ready. Then, I grabbed my keys and drove to school.

I walked in and went to my locker. I put the stuff that I didn't need in it and went to my first class, Math. I hated math class. It didn't matter what teacher I had, I hated it.

I walked in the classroom and went to the back and sat down at an empty desk. I pulled out my books and the teacher started talking. Once class was over, I went to my second class. Eventually, it was lunch time.

I got my lunch and sat down at a table by myself. I started eating and this guy came up to me.

"Do you mind if I sit here?" He asked.

"No." I replied.

"I haven't seen you around. Are you new?" He asked.

"Yeah. I just moved here." I said.

"I'm Sam, by the way." He introduced himself.

"I'm Hailey." I said.

Sam and I talked throughout the rest of lunch. I got to know him better and he was really cool. Sam and I had our next class together, so, I sat next to him.

After a couple of hours, school was finally over. When I was walking to my car, Sam came up to me.

"Hey." He said.

"Oh, hey, Sam." I said.

"Uh, before you go, I was wondering if I could have your number?" He asked

"Sure." I replied. He gave me his phone and I put my number in. Then, I gave his phone back to him.

"Thanks." He said.

"You're welcome." I smiled.

I got in my car and drove home. I went up to my room, grabbed my skateboard and went to the skate park. I rode around for a little, and then went home. I got home and got something to eat. While I was eating, I got a text.

Sam: Hey, it's Sam
Me: Oh, hey
Sam: I just thought I would text you so that you have my number
Me: Ok, see you at school tomorrow
Sam: Yeah

I put my phone down and finished eating, then, I passed out on the couch. I woke up around 10:30 later that night and got up to change and go to my bed. I fell back asleep and woke up to my alarm the next morning and got ready.

Yesterday, I drove to school, but today I felt like taking my skateboard. It wasn't that far from my house anyway. I got to school and saw Sam standing outside, waiting for me. I went up to him.

"Hey." I said, getting off of my skateboard.

"Hey, I didn't know you could skate." He replied.

"Yeah, I learned when I was little. My older brother taught me." I told him.

"That's cool." He said.

"I guess. Why are you out here?" I asked.

"I wanted to walk you to class." He said.

"Oh, ok." I replied.

Sam laughed and we went inside. He walked me to my classroom and then walked away to go to his. When I was walking out of my last class, this girl came up to me.

"What do you think you're doing hanging out with Sam?" She asked.

"Why does it matter to you?" I said.

"Because Sam is mine and I'm not going to lose him to a bitch like you." She said.

"If anything, you're the bitch." I replied.

"Ugh!" She said and stormed off. Sam came up to me.

"Hey, what was that about?" He asked.

"I don't know. She just came up to me and said that you were her's and that she wasn't losing you to a bitch like me. Then, I said that she was the bitch and she stormed off." I explained.

"Don't listen to her. She's a crazy bitch and thinks that we're dating. I have no interest in her and I keep telling her that." He said.

"If you want, I can beat the shit out of her." I offered, making him laughed.

"That would be amazing, but I'd rather not have you get suspended or expelled when you haven't even been here for a week." He said.

"Ok then, but I'm gonna end up doing it eventually." I said.

"How do you know that?" He asked.

"I can tell." I smiled.

"Well, there's a party at this one kid's house on Friday. Do you want to come?" He said.

"Sure." I said."

"I can pick you up if you text me your address." He said.

"Ok, what time should I be ready by?" I asked.

"Around 8:30." He said.

"Ok, Bye." I said.

"Bye." He said. He gave me a hug and I hugged him back. I went back to my house and tried to decide what to wear. I know that there were still three days until the party, but I wanted to be prepared.

Hey! I'm going over this whole story and editing it because I realized how bad it was..... I'm sorry if you read the original version..... I don't even know why I thought it was good and published it, but I'm kinda glad I did because this story has about 960 reads right now!

^I never ended up doing that, but I'm working on completely re-writing this with a different plot and everything because I just don't like the plot of this story. It feels wierd writing everyone as a teenager and I think that the story makes Mike look bad when he's really not. I'm also going to try to make the chapters around 2,000 words each instead of the 800 I have on this book.

You might want to wait to read this until it's re-written because this version of the book honestly makes me want to delete the whole thing, but I want to keep the read that this book has because that's the most I've ever gotten on a book (out of the one actual book I have published because I'm too scared to publish any chapters of my other five books I'm working on).

I'm going to completely change the title and cover of it, so you might not know that it's this book but I might put something in the description that say re-write of Bullied or whatever.
