Narrator pov

As Kakashi opened the door he slowly looked down at the sight, it was unbearable Naruto was a small clump of blood and bones badly alive
"N-naruto " Kakashi breathed out he started towards him only to be met with a blade to the back of his neck
"Haha if it ain't the copy ninja Kakashi " Hidan spat out with hate "don't move or you die, now walk towards the chains" he said calmly Kakashi slowly walked towards the chains to quickly bring out a kuni and whip around to have a satisfying "CLING" of kuni meeting kuni Hidan quickly pulled out another kuni and jabbed for the right side of his body Kakashi jumped back with the action a few seconds later his side was cut and he was now bleeding from a small gash in his side. He dropped the kuni and made the hand signs for chidorii Hidan stepped closer to Kakashi as Kakashi slowly backed up a huge smirk placed itself on Hidan's face he then stabbed himself in the heart ( Umm so I don't know how his
jutsu\keke gen ki thing works so just go with it) Kakashi screamed and fell in agony undoing his  chidorii and clutching his heart hidan then took his special knife and cut off his hand and watched it fall to the floor, Kakashi screamed even louder and collapsed huffing and puffing
"Now it's time for torture Naru~chan" he said laughing hierarchically he grabbed a gray of senbon and dripped them in Sasori's testing poisons and slowly pushed them into Naruto's arm and leg, Naruto screamed out in pain as the poison covered senbon entered his skin as Hidan was working with Naruto Kakashi had regained conciousness, after understanding  what had happened he did the shadow clone jutsu and had it home in a dark corner of the room he made a weak grunt to alert Hidan that he was awake Hidan turned around and got to his feet as do Kakashi "So guess that won't be enough to stop you hu Kakashi " Hidan said Kakashi soon was out of the circle and remade the chidorii and charged at Hidan Aiming for his heart his hand hit and went through just as the hand went through the shadow clone cut off Hidan's head and through it out the door and shut it before pooffing away Kakashi tied up the body with ninja wire and put sealing tags all over it after he finished he went over to Naruto and checked out his wounds after carefully examining he picked him up and rushed out the door liking Hidan's head in the process as he returned he was met with the familiar faces of guy and anko and they set off back towards the village

Time skip WOW

When they neared the village gates Sakura came running out with Sasuke slowly following behind they greeted them and headed to the Hokage tower when they arrived Tsunade was there is a flash and was already healing Naruto pulling out senbon and other objects then when he was stabilized she laid him in a hospital bed and hooked him up to things after a few months Naruto was back to his old self and was going on mission after mission living happily ever after

OR ALTERNATE ENDING

After a few months Naruto was just able to walk around as he was going home one day after eating at icirakus  he triped and fell and was put into a coma and soon after died
