A/N: Sorry for the long wait. I've held back on writing because I was working on getting my drivers license which ya girl got! And Iv'e been doing a bunch of Job interviews cause you girl needs to make that dough too. As always enjoy! Don't forget to leave some feedback please!

Lucifer pops in front of Mary stopping her from running. Mary turns around and is stopped by Mikayla. "What are you two gonna do, kill me?" Mikayla sighs shaking her head. "Nobody is killing no one. Right Lucifer?" She says looking up at him. "Right. No killing. We work together so we can get back home." He responds. "Good, now that that's clear let's find a way out of this hell hole." Mikayla says and they continue to walk.

After Dean tries to shoot Jack which causing him to react and knock them out, they're on a mission to hunt him down. "We still have holy oil right?" Dean ask as they drive. "Yeah, for what?" Sam ask. "Cause we're gonna have to hit him with everything we got."

"Hold on a second. Can we just talk about why happened back there?" Sam ask. "Sure, which part? Let's see Crowley's dead, Kelly's dead, Cas is... mom and Mikayla's gone and pregnant with twins from Lucifer who she lied about and Cas don't even think that's possible."

"It is actually." Sam says. "What?" Dean ask looking at him. "It's called superfecundation."

"Doesn't matter, she lied. Why would she lie?"

"Dean as much as we don't understand what's going on with her. She and Lucifer are soulmates. She's not gonna back down from him. As much as I hate to say this but I can get to what she was saying before about Lucifer's wants."

"You're kidding?" Dean says shaking his head. "I don't wanna believe it, I wish I didn't." They stop talking about it and eventually find Jack at a police station. Things get a little messy and Sam and Jack end up in a holding cell and talk. "Before you were born you opened up a door. To another world do you remember that?" Sam ask. "Yes." Jack answers. "Okay, um, could you do that again?" Sam ask. "I don't...I...I have to find my father. He'll protect me." Jack says. "Jack, you gotta listen to me. That's not really what Lucifer does."

"Lucifer?" Jack chuckles. "No, that's not his name. My father is Castiel." He says.

"What?" Sam ask stunned. "My mother, she said Castiel he would keep me safe. She said the world was a dangerous place. That's— why I couldn't be a baby or child. I...that's why I had to grow up fast. That's why I chose him to be my father along with Mikayla to be my mother who's carrying my brother and sister. Where are they?"

"Cas, is dead. And Mikayla is in that other world." Sam says seeing Jacks heartbroken look. Back in the other world it felt like hours the three have been walking. Lucifer ahead of course. "Mary not to be critical, but if we are ever gonna find a way out of here, uh, you gotta pick up the pace. I mean Mikayla's pregnant and she's going faster than you. We got a lot of ground to cover, okay?"

"Not sure I see the point since... no matter how this plays out, you're gonna kill me."

"Why would I kill you?" Lucifer ask. "Oh that's right, cause I'm evil." He says snapping his fingers. "You don't get to defy god and beat the cage without having a modicum of intelligence, all right? I game plan, I.e, I don't want you dead because I need you alive. All right, look, yeah, in a perfect world, I would probably kill you and your plodding sons. But life isn't fair. Your sons have my boy. So, I'm gonna exchange you for my son." He says turning around to Mikayla who stands behind him taking deep breaths. "You alright?" He ask laying his hands on her stomach. "Mhm." She nods. "You can't possibly care about raising a child. Let alone two." Mary says.
